• Staff support during transition

• Job duties for key management and support functions

• Recruitment plan for Director

Hosting

• Prepare hosting agreement

• Define process to finalize hosting agreement

• Outline Secretariat relocation plan

Funding

• Provide for continuity of Secretariat office operations

• Support office relocation & initial set up

• Provide for other transition expenses
