Tuboly-Astronic winding softwareOur winding software is running on an industrial PC with Windows. The winding system, developed by Tuboly-Astronic, pre-calculates all necessary stopping points. The winding program controls and observes the entire winding process. All working steps and instructions are reported to the operator on the touch screen.
Machine versionsOur vertical winding machines are available as pit or floor versions. Both solutions allow safe, ergonomic and rational working on the coil.
WinderThe head stock is designed to support the winding mandrel. Different winding mandrels can be fixed to the face plate. If necessary a hydraulic swivelling counter bearing can support the mandrel.
Our semi-automatic vertical winding machine pre-calculates all stopping positions and automatically executes the bending’s. Due to this the winding time can be reduced by a
high percentage compared to conventional vertical winding machines.

VP and VF vertical winding machines
Double bending stationOne or two single or CTC conductors can be bent separately, side by side in the double bending station. Bending height and bending length are adjustable. The bending position is pre-calculated and automatically executed.
Multiple plate brakeThe multiple plate brake is installed on a rack with a motor driven horizontal cross guiding system thus enabling winding in both directions. During the actual winding process the conductors are braked by the multiple plate brake and clamped to tighten the down disk.
Multiple bending stationUp to eight single conductors can be bent individually on top of each other in the multiple bending station. Bending height and bending length are adjustable. The bending position is pre-calculated and automatically executed.
