CONSTANT INSPECTIONS We do 6 inspection though the day for stains or deformations.

RESISTANCE TESTS Resistance tests are constantly performed during and after production. All tests comply with standard manufacturing safety and performance laws in Brazil.

IMPACT TESTING

The chair received a 28kg drop impact from 20cm above when standing onto a glass surface. This test is considered one of the most important for resistance and safety for a daily basis.BACK & LEGS TEST A 160kg weight is placed on the chair seat whilst the front legs are supported by a wooden step. This quality control test assures the back legs support the weight and are safe to withstand the weight pressure on a daily basis.

STATIC TESTING

A 160kg bag is placed on top of the armchairs for 30 minutes over a glass surface in order to assure stability and weight resistance.
