The seminar brings together a team of IP experts and professionals from a number of organizations to provide free expert help and advice. The contents of the seminar have been developed together with the Turkish patent Institute and with the assistance of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

It will be assumed that the participants have taken the basic on-line WIPO training on patents and on patents drafting (DL-301E and DL-320E).
