In addition to securing one BREEAM credit for the maincontractor, having a qualified BRE Site SustainabilityManager (SSM) brings with it numerous other benefits. Ithelps to ensure that design aspirations and the BREEAMtarget rating are met. This course will help engineers and architects to betterunderstand the theory behind the Virtual Environment(VE) building performance analysis software suite. VE isused by building services engineers and architects todesign energy efficient and comfortable buildings.

The course is split into two topic areas. Bribery, corruption and money-laundering are issues thatno business in the Uk can ignore on both a domestic andinternational level. In the Uk, the 2010 Bribery Act setsout in clear terms what bribery is and its scope. It alsoestablishes a new offence of corporate failure to preventbribery and this course allows delegates to discuss whatis and what is not acceptable by way of hospitality.
