Within one of the scenes in the trailer the women is shown holding a photo of the victim’s family. We took inspiration from this and we decided that we are going to included something similar in our opening sequence. Another thing that in noticed during the trailer was how the stalker has a split personality this can be seen when the women (Lisa) is very polite and respectful in the workplace to everyone, but when left alone with Derek Charles (Idris Elba) she becomes a horny outrageous women with no pride or dignity. Of obsessed focuses on the extreme lengths that the stalker will go through to get what they want.

Initially when watching the trailer of Hush we gather so much of the film as we the trailer shows us the location where the film is based which is in the woods secondly we acknowledge the fact that the women is death and all alone and thirdly we know that the stalker has a hidden identity making even more mysterious as to how she ended up in this situation .the shot below is just one of the many that emphasise the stalkers dominance and power he has over the women however the women is placed in the centre of frame as well suggesting that she although she maybe inferior to the man her capability of fighting back shouldn’t be under estimated .from this trailer we have decided that we may show several locations in our opening sequence.

The trailer of the resident focuses on lonesome women relocates due to a generous man offering her a cheap price on an apartment .it turns out that this man’s generosity comes with more than she intended. The trailer shows the man inside of her house whilst she is sleeping. Although the women is asleep it seems that she suspects someone’s presence as we see that she installs a security system in her new house.one thing I noticed while watching the film is that the lighting was often dimmed creating a relatively gloomy atmosphere, this suggest that the director was trying to foreshadow that the house was where the stalker lurked. From this trailer we have decided as a group that we will try to include darkened lights to enhance one of the scenes.
