■ To install Traficline® , activities on site need not bedisrupted.■ No major noises or dust is caused when the tiles areinstalled.■ Fitting together like a jig-saw, the tiles are installedwithout adhesive*.■ Traficline® can be easily taken up and put down againif there needs to be changes of workstations or floormarkings.

Duckboard tiles are a sophisticatedconcept developed through computertechnology, laid with an exclusive jig-sawsystem and suitable for heavy loads, ortraffic. Liquids, oils, metal cuttings anddust all fall easily through the open meshdesign.

Standline® is especially designed for :■ high use floors and heavy plant traffic crossing, stoppingdirt spreading into the building■ perimeter areas around machines that eject oil, metalcutting, etc… which could be dangerous for the machineoperators and affect the cleanliness of the premises■ areas where food is handled, industrial kitchens andpremises that need to be cleaned by high powered jets forsanitation.

CHARACTERISTICS

■ Allows for the fluctuations in dimensions inherent to thermoplasticcoverings (elongation / shrinkage)

■ Makes subsequent maintenance easier as it avoids gradual built-up of organic and mineral deposits

■ Masks any slight deviations in the cutting line around theperimeter of the area

■ Improves the impervious qualities of tiles

■ Gives a pleasant and well designed finish

Installation

■ The floor must be firm and flat so the tiles are not deformed when laid

(contact our technicians if necessary)

■ A chalk-line is drawn along one of the walls, taking into

consideration the dimensions of any access ramps due to

an opening and the tiles are laid from that line (see below).

■ A gap of 0.5 cm should be left around the edges of

rooms or any other obstacles

■ The tiles can be easily cut to the required measurements

with a circular saw or with a jigsaw for more difficult cuts.

Conformity to standard Traficline® corresponds to the future CE marking criteria which will soon be compulsory for PVC floor coverings (pr EN 14041).

Traficline® MaintenanceFor the Traficline®maintenance, we recommend to use a cleaning-machine with a rotary PVC brush and vacuumsystem along with our cleaning product SuperClean at various dilution rates depending on use and floor(technical data sheet on request)

1/ Use as a stain removerTire tracks and surface stains : apply SuperClean diluted by 50% in waterWait 10 minutes, brush and rinse

2/ Use a detergent- common maintenance : apply SuperClean diluted by 1 to 5% in water - on very dirty floors : apply SuperClean diluted by 10% in water
