TRADITIONALS CHRISTMAS MEALSIN BARI
IN THE EVENING OF DECEMBER 7 (THE EVE OF THE
IMMACULATE CONCEPTION) WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS,
WE EAT STEWED TURNIPS AND TURNOVERS .
TYPICAL DISHES OF CHRISTMAS EVE : COD, RAW AND
COOKED FISH, RAW VEGETABLES, VARIETY OF SWEETS.
AT MIDNIGHT WE UNCORK THE CHAMPAGNE AND EAT THE
PANETTONE.
CHRISTMAS LUNCH: APPETIZERS, BOARD, MEAT BROTH,
DRIED FRUIT, FRESH FRUIT AND CAKES.
THE FESTIVAL CONTINUES DECEMBER 26 WITH LASAGNA,
ROAST LAMB AND RAW VEGETABLES
AT YEAR-END AND THE EPIPHANY WE CONTINUE TO GET TOGETHER AND
EAT TURNOVERS, BAKED PASTA, MEAT AND DESSERTS.
