SPANISH TYPICAL FOOD

1st plate: PAELLA
Ingredients: › 400g rice› A dozen of clams› A dozen of mussels› 2 squids› 8 prawns› A pepper› A onion› 1L of fish broth› Saffron› Salt› Olive Oil
Preparation:
› We make a sauce with olive oil, salt, onions, peppers and squids.
› We add rice, saffron and fish broth.
› We let the rice cook for 5 minutes over high heat. Then we add prawns, mussels, clams and cook over medium heat another 13.
› Finally, we turn off the heat and let rest the paella.
2nd plate: SPANISH OMELETTE
Ingredients:› 6 Eggs› 5 Potatoes› Olive Oil› An onion› Salt
Preparation:› We peel and fry the potatoes and onions.› We beat the eggs.› We add the onions, the beaten eggs and the potatoes in
the pan and we let the omelette cook gently.
Dessert: CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients:› 500ml Milk› 220 grams Philadelphia Cheese› 120g butter› A packet of biscuits › 500ml liquid cream› 5 spoonfuls of sugar› A package of jelly.
Preparation:› We grind the cookies and mix with butter.› We extend the mixture on the bottom of a pan.› In a bowl, we add and beat liquid cream, milk,
cheese and jelly.› Finally, we put the mixture in the pan and let it
cool in the fridge.
