Ingredients 4 eggs 1kg potatoes 2 carrots 2 parsley root 0,5kg peas 5 pickled gherkin 1 mayonnaise 1 onion 1 garlic 1kg chicken breast 0,25l oil 0.25 kg flour, breadcrumbs salt, pepper, basil

How to make potato salad
Boil potatoes, vegetables, pickled gherkin, onion and 3x eggs chop everything into cubes and put in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix.

Process chicken schnitzel
Season chicken meat with salt, pepper, basil and garlic. Coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Then fry if in hot oil until itś golden brown.
