Instructors Profile

Kyriakos Kakofegitis was born in 1975 in Cyprus. He is the founder of YESFX Ltd. He is the head of the business development department and the strategic planning and execution of the business and client development of YESFX Global. Under his supervision is the company’s technical analysis department. He is an approved instructor of financial educational programs by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) in Cyprus. He owns a degree in Business Administra-tion (B.A.I.B.A) with specialization in finance from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom. He works in the financial sector as a technical analyst since 1998 and writes articles for the financial press since 2001.

Kyriakos Charilaou was born in 1982 in Cyprus. He is one of the major shareholders of YESFX Ltd. Mr Charilaou holds all professional qualifications in the field of financial technical analysis, CMT (Chartered Market Technician - MTA), CFTe/MSTA (Certified Finan-cial Technician - IFTA/STA). He is the head of the strate-gic planning and execution of the company’s training and educational programs – seminars that YESFX Global offers to its clients. Mr Charilaou is responsible for the monitoring inhouse and remote prop-traders performance employed by YESFX to manage company’s own funds. He is fully licensed by the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission (CySec) with the professional licenses of: Execution of orders on behalf of Clients, Dealing on own account, Portfolio Manage-ment and Investment Advice. He is a holder of a masters degree (M.B.A) in Financial Mathematics from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom. He works in the financial sector as technical analyst since 2005.

John Kittis was born in 1973 in Cyprus. He studied accounting, business administration and technical analysis of financial markets. The past 14 years he has been an active trader and trading coach having trained over a thousand traders and fund managers at the most prominent financial organizations over the world. John Kittis started his professional trading career at AAA United as a prop trader (1998-2002). From 2003 till 2008 he served as chief dealer and trading coach (in association with Reuters) for Smart-line Ltd. In 2009 he served as managing director of Dubai Capital Group where he served till the takeover of the group. He is currently trading and coaching traders.

Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) – Level II

The aim of the CFTe Level II examination is to confirm that the candidate possesses the professional knowl-edge, understanding and skills to pursue a career in technical analysis within the investment community. In particular, at the end of the training period qualified technicians are expected to have a good understand-ing of, and practical experience in, the major tech-niques listed below, together with a wide range of timing and analytical tools and indicators to enable them to select the most advantageous portfolios, trades, hedges etc. for their clients, their employees or their own trading systems.The syllabus is therefore designed primarily to ensure that students will gain the necessary skills to pursue their careers to a more advanced level in a profes-sional manner, and also to provide investors with the knowledge and confidence in technical analysis that will enable them to make better informed trading decisions.
