Women playing fine, and the men just need some size and playing time for the young Vols. Western Kentucky finished strong and starting 2020 big. Lipscomb men good in round ball. Coach Dewayne Alexan-der must be smiling at Tennessee Tech. So much more to talk about next week, but let us end with Tennessee Titans unreal win over New England. Is it over for Tom Brady ??? Preds win the same day in Hockey. So much to talk about in high school and local colleges. Speaking of local, Rusty Melvin and Volunteer State back on the hardwood. Coaches changing big news next week, players moving around. High school volleyball and basketball big news. Kids and high school already taking with baseball prospects and softball coaches doing the same thing. My buddy Cheese took a couple of tuff loses. Trousdale County not used to losing in any sport. We lost a great coach and friend in Boots Scott. Portland loses a big supporter in Ronnie Meadows. Holidays are nice but hate to see families losing love ones as the year ends. The Buntin and Wanstrath boys got a snowy and icy trip in Kansas City and worse in St Louis. But we saw Will Buntin, former Gallatin Green Wave playing for the great Jerry Joslin. Head man in those days. Had some good times with this area’s greatest all around star, Eddie Sherlin.
