Domain Names & InternetAs the Internet continues to evolve as a prominent business tool, protecting our clients’ brands online becomes more important than ever. Our trademark attorneys are experienced in policing and enforcing brands on the Internet, and we have successfully helped clients with their global domain name strategy and enforcement. We advise on all types of domains, including generic top-level domains (gTLDs) and country code top-level domains (ccTLDs), and assist in the recovery of domains already purchased and/or in use by third parties. Our team is also well versed in advising clients on the use of brands in social media, including enforcement and takedown notices to Facebook, Twitter, and other sites.

Fish has an excellent track record handling cybersquatting disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and other country-specific domain disputes.
