TRADE SPONSORSHIP INFORMATIONDear Prospective Sponsor,

The DTC Wine Symposium is the wine industry’s annual summit on direct marketing and sales. Now in its eighth year, the summit attracts over 350 winery owners and senior managers when many of them are finalizing decisions on strategy and suppliers. We are offering several unique sponsorship opportunities for you.

Remember that the DTC Wine Symposium is both a summit and a fundraiser. It is an opportunity to sell your products and to support the organizations that have helped each of your businesses by increasing legal wine direct shipping.

Our co-presenting organizations and beneficiaries, the Coalition for Free Trade (501c3) and Free the Grapes!, have worked tirelessly with industry lobbyists and winery associations to increase the number of legal winery shipping states from 17 to 41, which represent 90% of US wine consumption. All sponsorships will be cash donations with no trade-outs.

Two Full Days: There will be more attendees, an extra tradeshow time period, the possibility to host a user group, and opportunities to entertain your clients or prospects that evening. (Day 2 is formatted similar to previous years)

Day 1 AND Day 2 Wine Receptions: Based on feedback from last year, we have added a second wine reception at the end of Day 2.

Convenient Location: The Hilton Concord Hotel venue provides more conference room choices and combines the conference and sleeping rooms in one location. It is conveniently located along the Hwy 680 corridor, so traffic and distances are better for those traveling from Napa, Sonoma, Livermore and the central coast (in addition to local airports like Oakland, Sacramento and SFO).

User Group Opportunities: All Platinum, Wireless, Lanyard and Trade Show Premium sponsors have the opportunity to host an exclusive session. For $250, Session Workshop and Trade Show sponsors also have the opportunity to host a user group. (This opportunity is open on a first come basis)

Step 2: Complete and Submit the online Sponsorship Form at www.dtcwinesymposium.com/sponsorship/

Step 3: Send in Your Deposit Check. Trade Show spaces are subject to availability and assigned on a first come, first served basis, determined by the receipt of your nonrefundable $1,000 deposit. Complete and final payment by check is due December 31, 2014. If payment is not received by this date, the DTC Wine Symposium may reassign your space to a different sponsor. Sorry, we cannot accept credit card payment for Trade Sponsorships.

Checks should be made payable to Coalition for Wine Direct Shipping, and mailed to 2700 Napa Valley Corporate Drive, Suite H, Napa, CA 94558. Free the Grapes! is a California trade association 501(c)6 and contributions are not tax deductible.
