Own brand showcaseAt the show we introduced our own brand ranges for both Retail and Out of Home with a dedicated area for each showcasing the diverse range of products that are available.

Retail ranges include Lifestyle, LSV, Sun Spring, Prince Consort and the award-winning Vintners Collection wines and Santa Loretta Prosecco.

The Out of Home range is made up of Caterers Kitchen and Caterers Kitchen Everyday products as well as specifically developed on-trade products for Vintners Collection and Prince Consort.

The 2019 Unitas Wholesale Trade Show was the first major event to be hosted following the merger between the Today’s Group and Landmark Wholesale. Darren Goldney, Managing Director opened the event presenting to members and suppliers an update on Unitas’ progress since the merger. Plans were presented, demonstrating how both suppliers and members can make the most of the collaboration with Unitas Wholesale.

They key message of the event being that Unitas Wholesale is the Champion of Independents & Champion of Brands.

The Trade Show was the largest ever with over 165 stands providing an exclusive opportunity for our member wholesalers and supplier partners to meet their key objectives, which included networking and securing deals with suppliers, and discovering NPD.

88% of members and 86% of suppliers achieved their main objectives of for the show

A record 103 members and 269 suppliers attended the Trade Show

Drop Shipment & Services stands were highlighted throughout the Trade Show for our members to visit to take advantage of preferential rates, helping them to ‘save more’ and ‘sell more’ from a number of providers.

Specialist FoodserviceThis year a dedicated Foodservice area provided our members with an exclusive area to create a strong Foodservice presence. Foodservice suppliers were able to showcase their new and existing specialist products for our members and the Foodservice industry.

Buzzing Business ZoneThe Business Zone has become a key area for both our member and supplier partners. It is a popular area to hold meetings and discussions away from the busy stands around the show.

67% of members said that the strength of the deals alone made attendance at the show

worthwhile.
