NIFTY WEEKLY OUTLOOK
Nifty ended the week with losing 2.5% and
closed at 8611.15. Though Nifty already looked
weak on charts, the sudden fall came as a reac-
tion to the action on Indo-Pak border. Nifty took
support at 8555 and tried to recover fading
away the fears from market.
Resistance levels lie at 8700 and 8750 levels.
Strong support is seen between 8555 and 8470.
Broad range for Nifty in the week is seen be-
tween 8750 to 8470 levels.

NIFTY 8611.15 -220.4 -2.49
Nifty Bank ended the week at 19285.70 with
losses of –3.09%. Looking weak on charts the
index fell after a trigger from LOC tensions. Nif-
ty bank made a low of 19059.05 at its strong sup-
port level around 19000. Bounce from this level
is expected to continue. There is minor re-
sistance between 19400-19450 levels and strong
resistance around 19950.
Broad range for the Nifty Bank in the week is
seen between the levels of 19000 to 19950.

Indiabulls Real Estate Future (27-Oct-16)
has strong bullish trend. The stock is mov-
ing in higher bottom higher top formation
after retracement from top levels. The po-
tential of stock is supported by increasing
volumes and RSI crossover.
Buy Indiabulls Real Estate Future (27-Oct-
16) above 93 keeping first target around 95
and second target around 97, maintaining a
stop loss below 91.50.

MARUTI SUZUKI
Maruti Suzuki clocks 31.1% rise in sales for
September, highest ever monthly domestic
sales . The company sold a total of 149,143
units in September 2016, growing 31.1%
compared to a total of 113,759 units in Sep-
tember 2015.
HINDUSTAN COPPER
The Government raised Rs. 400 crore from
stake sale in Hindustan Copper even as re-
tail investors bid for less than a third of the
shares reserved for them, while there was
over-subscription by institutional investors
to bridge the shortfall.
Government offered 6,47,65,260 shares
(comprising 7% of total paid up equity) to
public through OFS route, at floor price of
Rs.62 per share of face value Rs.5/-, 20% of
the offer size, i.e. 1,29,53,052 shares were re-
served for retail category.
MCX
The Reserve Bank of India has notified that
Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/
Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors
(RFPIs) can under the Portfolio Investment
Scheme (PIS) now invest up to 30% of the
paid up capital of Multi Commodity Ex-
change of India Limited. The purchases
could be made through primary market and
stock exchanges.
KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK
Kotak Mahindra Bank, the country’s fourth
largest private sector lender, has ac-
quired BSS Microfinance in an all-cash deal
for Rs 139.2 crore.
The bank said with this, it has entered
the microfinance space that has been growing
at a rapid pace. This acquisition will allow Ko-
tak to tap the lower end of the customer base
and will also help the bank in meeting the pri-
ority sector lending (PSL) targets, as BSS’
loans book qualifies for PSL .
ZEE ENTERTAINMENT
Indian content conglomerate Zee Entertain-
ment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) on Thurs-
day announced its foray into
the radio industry with the acquisition of
UAEs Hum 106.2 FM radio station.
This now enables ZEE provide an extensive
media solution to its partners through televi-
sion, radio and digital media.
SINTEX INDUSTRIES
The Plastic products maker Sintex Indus-
tries announced that its board has approved
demerger of custom moulding business and
prefab business from its two arms Sintex
BAPL and Sintex Infra Projects, respectively.
Post demerger, the company will predomi-
nantly carry the textile and spinning business,
Samir Joshipura, Group CEO of Sintex told.
