Tractor Sale: Bid Form The Big Spring School District is accepting sealed bids for the following package sold “as is” condition; included are: 1. John Deere 4300 tractor with Curtis soft cab. SN: LV4300S237028, 4646 hours, 3 cylinder Yanmar Diesel engine, 32 gross HP, 27 PTO HP, Turf tires, Sync Reverser transmission, Runs good, everything works. Tires are worn, hood has some cracks, clutch is a little jerky. 2. John Deere snow blower. 59” front mounted, SN: M0300XX005035 3. Jacobsen aerator. Model 82596, SN: 3259 Instructions to bidders: These items are being sold together as a package. Please direct questions to Nancy Stum at 717‐776‐2000 x 1602 or [email protected] Public inspection of the items will be on Tuesday June 13 th from 8 AM to 9 AM and Wednesday June 14th between 1 PM and 2 PM at the Maintenance office, 43 Mount Rd (back of Middle School). Inspection by appointment is not available. Bids must be submitted by 2 p.m. local time on Monday June 19 th . Deliver bids to District Administration Office, Attn: Tara Mainhart, 45 Mount Rock Road, Newville PA 17241‐9412 in a sealed envelope marked “Tractor Bid” marked on the outside. Bids must be submitted using the bid form on the next page. Winning bidders will be notified by email or phone and have 7‐days to pick up the equipment. Payment must be in cash or certified / cashier’s check (payable to Big Spring SD General Fund). No personal checks or credit cards are accepted.
