TRACEPAK ® TPKSK-SRT-10 Cold-Applied End Seal Kit The TPKSK-SRT-10 end seal kit is for bundles rated up to 400ºF (204ºC). These kits combine high temperature self-fusing silicone tape and RTV sealant. The kit seals approximately 20 ends. RTV sealant is applied generously (approximately 1 / 2 oz) to the end of the bundle, around the tube. Two 18” (460mm) strips of self-fusing silicone tape are used to seal the tube end. The ﬁrst layer of self-fusing silicone tape is tightly stretched as it is wrapped around 2” (50mm) of the tube and 2” (50mm) of the jacketed bundle. The second layer is applied without stretching, spiraling in the opposite direction, also covering 2” (50mm) of jacketed bundle and 2” (50mm) of tube. The TPKSK-SRT-10 end seal kit is for bundles rated up to 400ºF (204ºC). These kits combine high temperature self-fusing silicone tape and RTV sealant. The kit seals approximately 20 ends.

RTV sealant is applied generously (approximately 1/2 oz) to the end of the bundle, around the tube. Two 18” (460mm) strips of self-fusing silicone tape are used to seal the tube end. The first layer of self-fusing silicone tape is tightly stretched as it is wrapped around 2” (50mm) of the tube and 2” (50mm) of the jacketed bundle.
