Residents kept in view with minimal physical effort
The building and site layout has been designed to allow for safe and visible circulation for all building participants.
The central distribution spine provides access to all areas and aids natural observation.
Glazed screens maximize light and observation requirements.

An outside room to access or see, to enjoy or meditate, to console and reassure
Whatever the form of development, maximizing utility and creating a sense of space depend upon such factors as the
relationship to outdoor space and art.
Changes in the geometry have created opportunities for internal light wells and a feature entrance that favors access and
views of the external areas.
