Making a difference for tomorrow
Seymour College has a clear vision for the future as we move towards our 100th anniversary. Together, our Towards Our Centenary Master Plan and Strategic Plan outline a number of exciting goals and projects that we will undertake over the next five years and beyond.
Our Master Plan provides a unique opportunity for the Seymour community to play a part in achieving those goals. The facilities we build will be home to Seymour girls for generations to come, and so require state-of-the-art technology and innovation.
Our new science labs will provide just that, and will support our girls as they immerse themselves in the
important disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). Investment in these subjects for our girls is more important now than ever before, as they are highly valued in the competitive global environment. We also plan to transform the Taylor Resource Centre into the Learning and Innovation Centre, which will again focus on modern technology and collaborative workspaces, as well as rejuvenate the Abbie Building, redevelop the Junior School Campus and further landscape our picturesque grounds.
The generosity of the Seymour community will help us bring these plans to life. Families can choose to invest in a new
feature of the College, such as a seat or paving stone, or make an ongoing contribution. There are many ways to give, and all will be remembered and recorded as a part of Seymour’s history.
Whichever way you choose to give, you are investing in the future Seymour College and the young women of strength, optimism and justice we nurture.
Thank you for your generosity and for building this Master Plan with us.
