TERMS & CONDITIONSCASINO ONE-DAY TOURSReservations Advance reservations are required and held for 24 hours without payment.Payment Full payment is due within 24 hours of reservation. Reservations made the day

prior to departure date, must be paid in full at time of reservation.Seating Requests will be taken. Seats will be confirmed upon payment.

Cancellation All Casino One-Day Tours are sold on a no cancellation, no refund basis. Casino One-Day Tours are subject to cancellation and/or may be combined with another casino, based on passenger counts.

Casino Bonus Casino bonuses are subject to change without notice. Must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid Government-Issued Photo ID to receive bonus.

ONE-DAY TOURSReservations Advance reservations are required & held for 5 days without payment. Concerts,

special events, and sporting events are held for 2 days without payment.Payment Full payment is due within 5 days from reservation date. If reservations are made

5 days prior to departure date, full payment is due at time of reservation. For concerts, special events and sporting events, full payment is due within 2 days from reservation date. If reservations are made 2 days prior to departure, full payment is due at time of reservation. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to alter the payment schedule on special events and high-demand tours.

Seating Seats will be confirmed upon payment.

Cancellation All One-Day Tours are sold on a no cancellation, no refund basis. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. acts as an agent for its customers, in purchasing tickets for shows, sporting events and other special entertainment tickets in advance. Once tickets are sold to the customer, tickets become the customer’s responsibility. Professional sporting leagues have the right to shift the starting date & time of games to accommodate television network requirements. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. will inform all passengers and will operate the tour at the new date and time. No refunds or credits will be provided if a passenger cannot attend.This policy applies to all tours that include admission tickets.

Rain Checksfor Sporting & Other Outdoor Events

Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. provides transportation and admission tickets. If the game or event has been canceled, postponed or rained out prior to tour departure, ticket holders will receive their tickets and a refund, minus the ticket price, and an 18% administrative fee. If game or event has been rained out, or postponed after the tour departs, no transportation will be provided to the event on the new date. Ticket holders will receive their tickets and should follow the “rain check” information printed on the ticket. No other refunds will be given. Once tour is concluded, Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. obligation has been fulfilled.

Tour Price Tour price includes transportation, meals (if applicable), including tax and gratuity, attractions, tours and admissions as shown in each itinerary. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to change the price of tours, for any reason, with or without notice.

MULTI-DAY TOURSReservations Advanced reservations are required and held for 5 days without payment.Payment All Multi-Day Tours require a deposit of $100 per person. Deposit is due within 5

days from reservation date. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date. Seating Seats will be confirmed upon payment.

Cancellation Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to departure: A full refund, minus non-refundable prepaid payments made to hotels, restaurants, attractions and vendors. Cancellations made 8-44 days prior to departure: A 10% cancellation fee and non-refundable prepaid payments will be deducted from refund. Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to departure: A 25% cancellation fee and non-refundable prepaid payments will be deducted from refund. Cancellations made on day of departure or a no show: No refund will be given. Cancellation fees and/or non-refundable prepaid payments cannot be transferred to another tour. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the tour returns.

Occupancy Change

When travel companions, sharing the same room, need to cancel one or more persons in that room, the remaining passengers will be responsible for paying the difference in price to change occupancy.

Baggage Baggage handling is provided. All baggage is subject to search and inspection. Each passenger is permitted one piece of luggage plus a carry-on bag on all Multi-Day Tours. Luggage must weigh no more than 50 lbs. Carry-on must be handled by the passenger, at all times, and stored in the overhead compartment of the coach. All medications should be carried with you on board the coach. Luggage tags will be provided for stowed luggage. Every reasonable effort is made to handle baggage as carefully as possible. However, Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. does not assume liability for loss or damage due to breakage, theft, hotel or carrier handling, fair wear and tear, etc. It is important for your own self-interest to obtain adequate insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Tour Price

AIR & CRUISEVACATIONS

Price includes transportation, hotel accommodations, room tax and baggage handling, meals (if applicable), including tax and gratuity, attractions, tours and admissions as shown in each itinerary. Hotels charge a higher price for single occupancy. Rates are available for double, triple and quadruple occupancy, except as noted. Child rates are offered on some tours and will be shown in itinerary. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to change the price of tours, for any reason, with or without notice.

Air & Cruise Vacations have special deposit and cancellation policies. Policies vary by vendor, and will be given upon request or at time of reservation.

ON ALL TOURSCancellationInformation

Cancellation by Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any tour from its schedule, due to lack of participation. When a tour is canceled, customers may transfer to another tour if available; apply payment to another tour; or receive a full refund. Payments made by credit card will be credited to your original form of payment and may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Payments made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 7-10 days. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.’s sole liability for a full refund is limited only to the amount of monies paid.Cancellation Due to WeatherIf Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is forced to cancel a tour due to inclement weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the tour. If the tour cannot be rescheduled, a refund in the form of a credit slip will be issued.

Travel Insurance

Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. strongly recommends travel insurance to protect your investment should unforeseen circumstances occur. Travel insurance protects you from two types of financial losses: the money you invest in the tour and medical expenses that your health insurance may not cover. When travel insurance is not purchased, customer will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with their travel arrangements. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not responsible for any financial loss due to the customer canceling their tour. Any questions regarding travel insurance coverage must be addressed with the travel insurance company. Changeson Tours

Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to any tour. This could be for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, local weather conditions, failure on the part of outside vendors to deliver accommodations, admission tickets, and/or other arrangements or unusual circumstances. Itineraries may be changed, at the discretion of Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc., to improve the quality of the tour. Passengers will only be notified if there is an extreme change in itinerary.All festival and special event tours’ activities are subject to change. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. plans tours to specific festivals and not a specific activity at any given festival. Since changes to festival activities are beyond our control, our cancellation policy is in effect if a passenger chooses to cancel due to the festival change. No refund will be given after the tour returns if a specific activity is not available or attended.The pricing of tours does not fluctuate; however, Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to offer a discounted price on any given tour for a special promotion and/or when deemed necessary.

AdmissionTickets

Tickets to events and attractions will be held in our office and given out on the day of departure by your Driver or Tour Director. Tickets will be released to passengers who request no transportation, two days prior to the tour date, in exchange for their Confirmation & Invoice. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not re-sponsible for any lost or stolen tickets, once tickets have been released from our office. On certain tours, mobile ticketing may dictate delivery.

Gratuity to Tour Director & Driver

Tour Director and Driver gratuity is not included in the price of the tour. Suggested gratuity for each Tour Director and Driver is $3-$5 per person, per day. Gratuity should be based on the level of service you receive. Our employees do not solicit gratuities. An envelope is provided in Multi-Day Tour packets.

Meal Stops Due to length of travel, meal stops may be made on tours. Passengers are responsible for meals on own. These stops are frequently dictated by circumstance; therefore, service, price and quality of food are beyond the control of Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.

Form ofPayment

Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. accepts cash, local personal checks and all major credit cards.

Children’sFares

Children’s Fares are based on ages 11 years and under, unless otherwise noted.

Minors Passengers must be a minimum of 16 years old to travel without an adult.

Identification It is the responsibility of each passenger to carry necessary valid Government-Issued photo identification and documentation that allows unrestricted travel to the destinations offered by Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. Valid passports are required for all international travel. Valid Government-Issued identification is required for casino bonuses and admittance. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not responsible and will not give refunds for the unused portion of any tour due to lack of proper identification and documentation.

Parking Complimentary parking is available at our departure locations. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is not responsible for theft and/or damage to parked cars.

ObjectionablePersons

Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of any tour, at any time. A person whose condition or overall behavior impedes the operation of the tour or affects the rights, welfare or general enjoyment of other tour passengers, will be terminated from participating.

Photography Trans-Bridge Tours patrons may be photographed while on tour. Pictures may be posted on Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.’s website and official social media accounts and/or used for printed and promotional items. If you do not want your picture taken, please inform your Tour Director.

Smoking All tours are non-smoking. Federal and state laws do not permit smoking on public transportation. Offenders may be removed from the motorcoach.

Alcohol Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on board motorcoaches chartered by Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. Alcohol may be stored on board the coach as long as it is unopened and secure. Sporting Events: Coolers may be stored in the luggage bay until arrival and parking of motorcoach at sports stadium, where tailgating is allowed.

Movieson Board

The movie choices are made at the sole discretion of Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc.

Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. hires fully reliable motorcoach companies that have earned the highest safety ratings from the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Defense. Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. utilizes the latest motorcoach models and newest equipment whenever possible. Motorcoaches are all-season, climate-controlled for your utmost comfort. Each motorcoach has a public address system, as well as, a restroom for your convenience.

Responsibility Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. acts only in the capacity of an agent on behalf of tour patrons in arranging transportation, hotel accommodations, sight-seeing, admissions and other tour services.
