Content of studies
Target group
• Our programme benefits especially those who work in the field of tourism business and hospitality management. Participants will gain extensive knowledge of tourism, marketing, management and development.
• This programme is suitable for e.g.:
– destination management personnel
– destination marketing personnel
– marketing managers
– hospitality managers
– district development officers
– rural development officers
– tourism marketing officers
Learning outcomes
After completing the programme, participants will:
• know about the latest developments and research in the field
• be able to apply their insights to everyday business
• understand the meaning of customer value as the cornerstone of modern business
• be able to provide useful insights into customer-based research
• create insights to develop existing and new services that lead to increased customer satisfaction
Availability
Available upon request for commissioned groups either onsite in the country of destination or in Finland.
Programme structure and length
The programme of 120 ECT will be carried our over a period of two years. The programme is taught in English.
