Kazakhstan is a habitat for about 122 mammal species,

500 species of birds and 107 species of fish; and over six

thousand species of plants. In order to preserve such a

rich world of plants and wildlife, a network of national

parks and nature reserves were established in the

country. Recently, these protected areas have become

accessible to visitors.

In Kazakhstan, 118 protected areas, including 11 state

national parks and 10 nature reserves. Which features

There are many excellent mountain trails of very different length and steepness, including a tour directly on the mountain slopes to the lake Issyk-Kul.

Khan Tengri is one of the most beautiful mountain peaks of the world and the dream of every climber. The peak is so popular because of its unusually beautiful form of a perfect pointed pyramid. At the time of sunrise and sunset, a mountain is painted in bright red. Therefore, it is shrouded in ancient legends.

The highest point of Almaty is Mount Kok-Tobe .From the top offers amazing view of the mountains and the city. And Kok-Tobe is the best place to review the city at night.

Kok-Tobe - is not only the charm of the mountains, the fresh, clean air and a sense of freedom, it is also a meeting place for friends, a walk of lovers, relax with children and just a pleasant pastime.

At the foot of the Kok-Tobe stands TV tower. If measured from sea level, this tower is one of the highest in the world.

May 15, 2007 at Mount Kok-Tobe was opening bench of «Beatles». This is the first and only monument of the legendary Liverpool Four in full.

Fountain desires "Alma" (It means "apple") is the first thing which meets guests at the Kok-Tobe.

«Fast Coaster» is the only roller coaster in Kazakhstan, located on the side of the mountain.

For sports fans in the Kok-Tobe arranged climbing wall and table tennis.

Astana city

Astana is a capital of country and the 2nd visited place in Kazakhstan.

Today Astana is a friendly city, with a small number of attractive, tree-lined streets, but prone to strong steppe winds.

Astana attracts many visitors around the world because there is many interesting and beautiful places.

Baiterek

Baiterek Tower is one example of the futuristic architecture in the newborn city. Nicknamed "Chupa Chups" by the locals due to its similarity to a giant lollipop, this 97 meter high building offers a great view of the city as well as an art gallery, an aquarium and a restaurant. In the center of the top sphere, the ever so humble President Nazarbayev has made a golden palm print where visitors may put their own hands.

Khan Shatyr

Khan Shatyr is a giant transparent tent big enough to hold 10,000 people. Its area larger than 10 football stadiums, and contains a park, a shopping and entertainment area with squares and cobbled streets, a boating river, minigolf and an indoor beach resort. It even contains its own monorail with several stops.

Palace of Peace and Reconciliation.

A peaceful place with an exciting architectural story - it also offers good insight into the diversity of Kazakh religion. Not exactly a tourist hotspot but a perfectly good way to kill some time on a weekend. The upper floors, and particularly the atrium area, have fantastic light.

Duman

Duman. An entertainment complex consisting of an oceanarium, 3D theatre, dome area, souvenir shops and cafes. The aquarium is unique for being located over 3,000 km away from the ocean! It has more than 2000 sea inhabitants, the representatives of 100 species of sea fauna from different parts of the world. You can also see "Mermaid" and sharks-feeding shows at the aquarium.

Today oceanarium "Duman" is the first and only in the CIS. This - the only aquarium in the world, located on the ocean in the distance of more than 3000 km.

The dome area contains symbols from all over the world like the Statue of Liberty, the fragment of the great Chinese wall, the "Doriphor" statue, Parthenon and others.
