FOOD in Cambodia

• Getting a good meal in Cambodia is not a problem in the tourist areas. The Cambodian cuisine is, not surprisingly, related to the Thai cuisine. Chicken and beef are on the staple and in cities and towns near the river, you will find plenty of fish dishes. And around the South China sea you will find prawns.

• Vegetables as eggplant and corn are used in many dishes. You will be able to get vegetarian food too.

• In the smaller towns and villages the food is usually limited to rice with whatever is available, Cambodia is still one of the poorer countries in the world and many people still live in very basic conditions so don't expect a 5 star meal in a little village.

Mmmm!

Stunning Hotel!

Casinos, new bars and restaurants and hotels springing up everyday, but one thing remains constant...the beaches are beautiful with their crystal clear aquamarine waters. Tropical sun is intense so be sure to pack your sun screen. On those days you might be recovering from a sunburn check out Angkor Brewery, K'bal Chai waterfall, Ream Park.

The Mekong Delta Cruise• An other way is to take a cruise from Phnom Penh to

Ho Chi Min City, if you have more time. I think you should take this option. This cruise offer you a memorable time when you cruise among thousands distributes of Mekong Delta, witness rural lifestyle along river banks. A luxury cruise operated by CF Mekong give you more than comfortable but a little bit expensive.
