users pay for touchskin

their current washing machine‘s
control system
… and people‘s
sociodemographic characteristics
... and talked to
… hundreds of German-speaking end-users
… 212 women and even more men
... people of all ages
60% of them are between 18 and 35 years old
… owners of different washing machine brands
75% of all people asked wash with one of the following brands: Miele,
Gorenje, AEG, Indesit, Whirlpool
... people with different education and in various positions
… end-users virtually as well as face-to-face.
We analyzed the feedback…
… and included the results in the development of the washing
machine panel.
