inviting and involving the local community by voluntary co-option and on principles of philanthropic social service and community ownership
Use of mobile tracking to improve fidelity of survey data and generating GPS data and maps
Involving civil society institutions and NGOs for concurrent monitoring during the baseline survey to institute mid course corrections
Proactive and concerted initiative for early identification of stakeholders , technology partners and representative institutions which will facilitate ownership of the programme
After the baseline survey is complete test surveys to corroborate the data findings and its user friendly compilation open to public domain
Mass publicity for the phase of baseline survey , data compilation , uploading to a website with unhindered access to public domain and in-built system of inviting feedback to a designated data centre by email or SMS

The team to be dedicated for rural sanitation and gets an attractive honorarium which is incentivize by performance and not in the form of fixed salaries
