STANDARD LIFT TYPES GAS SPRINGS

•Protection Tubes are fitted to gas struts where they are to be used in an environment where the gas strut piston can be damaged from scratches or dents or where contamination of the piston rod area can damage the seals.

•Protection tubes can prolong the life of the gas strut in dirty and dusty environments.

•There is a 2mm reduction in the stroke of the gas strut if a safety locking tube is fitted.

•Protection tubes are available in plastic or metal





GAS SPRINGS WITH COVER TUBE


•Nitro-Struts safety locking tubes are designed to be simple to use and prevent injury to the operator in the unlikely event of a loss of gas pressure in the strut.

•Unit positively locks on full extension of the gas strut.

•Simple to use, locks automatically on extension and is released by pushing the safety tube at the

correct point to allow the strut to compress.

•Single locking gas strut can be used in conjunction with a standard Nitro-Strut on an application.

•No need for separate safety locking mechanisms, keeping the unit neat and easy to use.

•Ensures peace of mind when working near a heavy object.

•They are used for doors, lids, hatches and hoods that need to stay closed. In its relaxed state, the spring is compressed; you must pull to extend it

ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE GAS SPRINGS


•Blockable Gas Spring have the special function that can be locked in any position

•They are generally used to apply backrest and seat inclination adjustment of chairs.

•The Blocking Gas Springs working with an pin in front. While the pin pushed inside the valve

system opens and begin action through the valve hole. Gas and oil inside of the tube move to other side as the tube is divided into two section with the piston at the end of the rod. The Piston

rod goes in or out because of the gas pressure sources from the gas movement.

•There are two types of blocking; one is flexible and the other is rigid.

•The rigid blocking gas springs has also three types, one is rigid in extension, the other is rigid in

compression and the third one is rigid in both extension and compression.
