– simple to use, yet robust and durable in design.

Drop tested and IP54 classified, your NaviPad will

fit in most heavy-duty installations. A frame made

of high-friction rubber will keep it firmly in your

grip as you manage your air handling unit.

It is easy to use We were inspired by today’s consumer devices

when developing the NaviPad’s user interface.

Just click on an icon on your touchscreen to

activate a function, change a setting or adjust

a value. You will quickly learn how to control

your unit as you go, thanks to NaviPad’s

intuitive graphical user interface.

Usefull live datat is easy to remotely monitor and adjust your

air handling unit’s performance. Relevant

operating data and flow charts are easily

available in real time and can be changed

with a few clicks. You can view the status and

adjust the settings of your air handling unit.

TOPVEX T-series

For slim spacesOur top connected units are the right choice when there is not enough room to connect the ventilation channels from the side. The T-series can be configured with rotating heat exchanger (Topvex TR) or the highly energy efficient counterflow heat exchanger (Topvex TX/C).

TOPVEX S-series

For low building heightWhen the building height is low, a side connected unit is the best choice. The S-series can be equipped with rotating heat exchanger (Topvex SR), counter-current heat exchanger (Topvex SC) or the highly energy efficient counterflow heat exchanger (Topvex SX/C).

TOPVEX F-serien

For false ceilingsThis series is placed in false ceilings or other places where the building height is low. The smallest model builds only 350 mm. Available with rotating heat exchanger (Topvex FR), counter-current heat exchanger (Topvex FC) and also as supply air handling unit (Topvex SF*).

Topvex TX/C • TR Air flows up to 1.7 m3/s Topvex TX/C and TR are air handling units with top connections requiring minimum floor space. TR is very flexible to install as it is equipped with rotating heat exchangers that do not need water drainage. TX/C has a counter-flow exchanger which is normally used when separating supply and extract air is required. TX/C are available with a new defrosting function.

Topvex SX/C • SR Air flows up to 1.6 m3/s

Topvex SX/C and SR are air handling units with side connections for minimum build height. SR is very flexible to install as it is equipped with rotating heat exchangers that do not need water drainage. SX/C has a counter-flow exchanger which is normally used when separating supply and extract air is required. SX/C are available with a new defrosting function.

All our Topvex have a minimum 40 mm double skinned wall construction, mineral insulation ensures good acoustic and thermal insulation.

Topvex SCAir flows up to 1.9 m3/s

Topvex SC is a series of air handling units with side connections. SC is equipped with high-efficiency counter-flow heat exchangers. Counter-flow exchangers are used where it is required to separate supply air from exhaust air and where a high energy recovery efficiency is required. Double bypass damper ensures low SFP in all operating situations. SC also has a fire function with integrated bypass of exhaust filters, and counter-current exchanger ensures free flow of exhaust air.

Topvex FCAir flows up to 0.74 m3/s

The very low casing height makes Topvex FC the ideal solution for false ceiling applications. EC fans and low internal pressure drop ensures low energy use. FC is equipped with high-efficiency counter-flow heat exchangers with sectioned 100 % bypass facility.

Topvex FR Air flows up to 1.7 m3/s

Topvex FR is a very compact air handling unit with side connections for installation in sub-ceilings and other spaces with low build height. FR is equipped with rotating heat exchangers. Besides efficient heat recovery, rotating heat exchangers have the advantage of not requiring water drainage. This means that Topvex FR can be installed in many different places.

Topvex FR has new quiet fans with better performance, and a new rotary heat exchanger with higher efficiency. All this contributes to a lower energy usage. More information at systemair.com.

Topvex SF Air flows up to 1.2 m3/s

Topvex SF is installed in suspended ceilings or other areas with low building height. The units are supplied complete with a pre-set control system ready for use. Large inspection doors and removable main components enable easy maintenance. The 50 mm double skin casing construction with mineral wool ensures good sound and heat insulation.

Topvex SoftCooler TR is a series of cooling modules tailored for Topvex TR 09, 12 and 15.

Topvex SoftCooler

SoftCooling gives a unique power controlTopvex SoftCooler is an add-on module that easily integrates cooling in the air handling unit. Thanks to a unique smooth regulation of cooling capacity, you get a large variable range. Supply air temperature can thus be kept at a more precise level than with other comparable systems, which results in higher temperature comfort in the premises. Since the effect can be adapted to current cooling requirements, the system’s coefficient of perfor-mance (COP) is positively affected.

SoftCooler TR has a unique bypass function that saves energy and moneyMost premises only need cooling during a limited period of the year. Extract air, that when needed for cooling passes the condenser, can instead automatically bypass it via a special bypass damper (optional). This reduces the fan’s workload, which results in lower operating costs.

Topvex SoftCooler is easy to installSoftCooler is installed between Topvex’s fan parts. Prepared internal control cables are connected to Topvex’s connection. Connect the drainage outlet and a separate power supply. That’s it.

Topvex SoftCooler is delivered as a separate section, factory-tested and ready to run. The module contains a complete, ready-to-operate DX cooling system with a variable speed compressor.

Topvex SoftCooler SR is tailored for Topvex SR 09, 12 and 15.
