1. Gas Turbine Compartment Temperature Controller System with safety alert sms. This Project is an i mplementation of Temperature monitoring by using thermis tor which is a thermo couple sensor (PT 100 )which is interface with ADC by designing Wheatstone bridge network. And the temperature whose value is taken to ADC and computed by using microcontroller and if the temperature crosses above the threshold level or below threshold level and SMS alert is send to mobile phone by using GSM Modem. What is a Pt100 ? A platinum resistance temperature detector (RTD) Pt100 is a device with a typical resistance of 100 Ω at 0°C (it is called Pt100). It changes resistance value as its temperature changes following a positive slope (resistance increases when temperature is increasing). They have been used for many years to measure temperature in laboratory and industrial processes, and have developed a reputation for accuracy, repeatability, and stability. A RTD can typically measure temperatures up to 850 °C. The relationship between resistance and temperature is relatively linear as shown below for a sample 100 Ω. 2. This feature is very easy i n handling the movements and also this has other feature that is detection of the obstrucle by using ultrasonic sensor. The system can be further improved by adding a gui for tracking as well as allowing driver to remotely

stop the vehicle engine.

4. Ultrasonic Blind Walking Stick

Blind stick is a simple stick used by visually disabled people for navigation. We here propose an

advanced blind stick that allows visually challenged people to navigate with ease using advanced

technology. The blind stick is integrated with ultrasonic sensor along with microcontroller. Our

proposed project first uses ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles ahead using ultrasonic waves. On

sensing obstacles the sensor passes this data to the microcontroller. The microcontroller then

processes this data and calculates if the obstacle is close enough. If the obstacle is not that close the

circuit does nothing. If the obstacle is close the microcontroller sends a signal to sound a buzzer. The

system has one more advanced feature integrated to help the blind find their stick if they forget

where they kept it. A wireless rf based remote is used for this purpose. Pressing the remote button

sounds a buzzer on the stick which helps the blind person to find their stick. Thus this system allows

for obstacle detection as well as finding stick if misplaced by visually disabled people.

5. Wireless Surveillance Robot Controlled by PC

This project is about controlling the wireless camera mounted robot through PC using Bluetooth

module at the same time to pick any light object & place it.This project is about controlling the robot

using Bluetooth modem. µC board will be installed on robot. Bluetooth modem is attached to the

robot & TV tuner card is connected to PC. Communication will be established between robot & PC

through BT modem & BT dongle. Through PC we can control the robot. We will give left, right,

forward, backward, command through PC to robot via BT dongle.

A wireless camera will be mounted on robot & TV tuner card will be interfaced with PC.Thus the robot

will send images to PC through this wireless camera. User will monitor & control the robot. User can

command the robot to pick any object & place the same whenever it is required. User can take this

action after getting the video/image from robot.

6. Auto Irrigation using soil moisture sensor by 8051 Microcontroller.

The project is intended to provide proper amount of irrigation to agricultural fields by observing the

moisture content of soil. The project automates the process of manually irrigating the fields by

switching the pump ON/OFF. It is implemented by using an 8051 series microcontroller, programmed

such as to collect input signals that measures moisture content of soil through sensing arrangement.

Sensing arrangement is made by inserting two stiff metallic rods into the field at some distance. An

op-amp is used as a comparator that interfaces microcontroller and the sensing arrangement. On

receiving the signal, the microcontroller produces an output that drives a relay and operates the

water pump. Also LCD is used which is interfaced with microcontroller for displaying the moisture

content of soil and water pump status. Hence the system reduces human intervention and provides

required irrigation to field.

7. Automatic Car Parking system with vacant indication

This Project is an automated car parking system which helps in parking the vehicles very easily is

multistoried buildings. This project is an has RFID card given as token ticket for car parking which

helps them to identify the car. This RFID card will help in wastage of paper and reduce the man effort

and also keeps the city clean and avoid cutting of trees.
