We currently use telecommunication technologies based on some of the largest technology in the world. Our telecommunication and networking infrastructure such as our ATM switches , routers, and the like came from Cisco and Nortel, while our U.S. contact center compliant predictive dialer and other telephony equipment came from different providers to ensure that we meet our clients’ expectations and requirements.

Our Makati Center: Bandwidth and Voice Quality Strategy
Here are the things we can do to maintain good quality of service.
1. Use G.729 codec - this enables the use of small bandwidth for VOIP calls. This is 1/3 of the bandwidth that g.711 uses. We need to budget 20kbps per call.
2. Use maximum 80% of the available bandwidth (per ISP line) to avoid 'choppy' lines.
3. Make sure all stations have enough at the following minimum specifications:
- Core 2 Duo CPU - 2GB RAM
4. Maintain minimum of 2 Internet Service Providers and 2 VOIP carriers. When one ISP or VOIP carrier is bad, we can move the backup
provider.
