South East Queensland is one of the fastest growing regions in Australia and will undergo significant

change and population growth in the coming 20 years. The local government has planned exceptionally

Education is Brisbane’s largest export industry, generating $5.1 billion for the local economy and more than 20,000

local jobs each year. On-campus accommodation is currently in a critically limited supply, fuelling demand for
