4-shaft scraper (collecting bottom and fl oating sludge)How it works: Chain and fl ight scrapers convey the bottom sludge into a hopper and the fl oating sludge into the scum pipe. Application: e. g. municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.

3-shaft scraper (collecting bottom sludge)How it works: Chain and fl ight scrapers convey the bottom sludge to the sludge withdrawal device. Application: e.g. municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.

2-shaft scraper (collecting bottom sludge)How it works: Chain and fl ight scrapers convey the bottom sludge into a hopper. Application: e.g. drinking water treatment where the scraper is installed under a set of lamella.

2-shaft scraper (collecting fl oating materials)How it works: the fl oating materials are pushed using a chain and fl ight scraper over a ramp into the scum collecting channel. Application: e.g. surface scraper.

Scrapers: GFK scrapers for basin widths up to max. 14 m are available. The plastic accessories for scraping systems – guide strips, ball bear-ings, sliding shoes, etc. – guarantee the greatest operational safety and durability.

Chains: The PROBIG range encompasses plastic chains for all basin sizes up to 140 x 12 m and for extraordinary conveying tasks too. Existing systems can be simply retrofi tted with PROBIG chain systems.

Sprockets: High-quality plastic materials and protective partitions ensure optimum durability in chains and sprockets. Sprockets up to max. 4000 mm are individually manufactured in accordance with customer requirements.
