FORMULA: GIN – 7 – 750ml APEROL – 2 LITERS CYNAR – 2 BTL TOP HAT DAISY – 3 LITERS TIKI BITTERS – 4 OZ COLD WATER 4 QUARTS CLOSE PROPERLY & SHAKE VIGOROUSLY UPSIDE DOWN AND SIDEWAYS FOR 1 FULL MINUTE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CONNECT THE KEG TO YOUR DRAFT SYSTEM 3. FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CARBONATE THIS COCKTAIL KEG AT YOUR CHARGING STATION 4. CLOSE LID CAREFULLY & TIGHTLY…MAKING SURE THAT THE OVAL SEAL LINES UP PERFECTLY WITH THE ENTIRE METAL RIM OF THE KEG. SHAKE THE KEG WELL UPSIDE DOWN AND SIDEWAYS AND MAKE SURE IT IS SEALED. 5. WALK THE KEG OVER TO IT’S PROPER CONNECTION IN THE COOLER & CONNECT THE CLEARLY LABELED GRAY/SILVER CONNECTOR MARKED “GAS/IN” TO THE “IN” PLUG ON THE KEG & PLUG THE PROPERLY MARKED FLUID CONNECTOR TO THE “OUT” PLUG ON THE KEG 6. EQUALIZE PRESSURE BY PULLING UP ON PRESSURE RELEASE RING TWICE 7. READY FOR SERVICE (TASTE A TINY POUR FOR CONSISTENCY) 8.
