The winners range from national powerhouse firms to small boutiques, and recognize theoutstanding deal-making achievements in 2014 by the top brokers and firms in over 90 marketsacross the U.S. and Toronto, Canada.

All CoStar Power Broker Awards are based on transaction data in CoStar's commercial real estatedatabase, which is the largest, independently researched database of commercial real estateproperty information available online. CoStar's database contains more than 4.2 million commercialproperties, and the total square footage of gross building area tracked and maintained by CoStarexceeds 95 billion square feet.
