A greAt mAn once said “ideas are the beginning of all achievements”. In fact, you are never given the ability of thought and the freedom to dream without also being given the power to make it all come true. Those who enforce the action upon you to follow your dreams are the ones that believe and trust you are capable of accom-plishing greatness.
I had the pleasure of interviewing the wonderful Jennifer Valentyne who, similar to many, has been inspired and supported by her loving mother with an idea - an idea that altered her life and guided her towards the path she is on today.
“When I was young I wanted to be an actress and planned to go to school for Theatre”, she informs Top Choice. But, as we all know, in life change is one of the few things we can all be certain of. “My mother was very sick during my last two years of high school and was worried about me spending my life as a struggling actress and encouraged me to go to school for broadcasting”, she continues. Her moth-er’s influence carried on throughout her post-secondary education while attending Centennial College where shortly after she unfortunately passed away after her first semester.
During your college years, along with your studies, you are encouraged to take action and commit to a job that will pro-vide you with a real-world experience within your field of study. Like many oth-ers, Jennifer was offered a co-op position that allowed her to familiarize herself with the true workings of broadcasting. She managed to f ind a position with MuchMusic where she began her involve-ment within the media industry. “It was the coolest thing to be working there; I went

to a ton of concerts and got to meet the bands”. It was a dream come true to say the very least. “I was also able to learn different positions on the control panel and when I graduated from Centennial I got a full time job as a Graphics Operator”.
We all have a path of stepping stones that lead us all the way to the Top – for Jennifer, after three years of working with MuchMusic she decided it was time to take another step forward and accepted the opportunity to work on Citytv. She landed a spot on Breakfast Television and com-mitted to the 5am morning show during the week. “At first I did not want to work in morning television”, she states, “I was 25 and too young to be getting up at 4am”, Jennifer shares with Top Choice. But with great opportunities come great sacrifices, and her days of waking up before sunrise surely paid off.
Her first positions included the job of Diner Girl and soon after a segment called Celebrations – which she still currently fulfills. “I did that for a year and then they added Weather Girl to my list of things to do on the show. A year after that I became a fill-in for the Live Eye position and a year after that I was full-time Live Eye and never left”, she concludes.

No Love Greater Than the Love of FoodAn inside look at the passionate Portuguese cuisine of Churrasqueira MartinsBy Francesca Filippelli
as time progresses the expec-tations of the hospitality industry are constantly changing and the recipe for cre-ating and maintaining a successful business has become more and more complex. In fact, without experiencing it for yourself, it is tough to imagine that a restaurant is one of the most complicated businesses you can run. Many other businesses are com-paratively pretty easy to operate, whereas restaurants fall under a completely differ-ent category.
Owning a restaurant is more of a call-ing rather than a job. Even those who think they are skilled enough to be called to it are often times completely unprepared for the amount of work and stress that comes with being a restaurant owner. Nevertheless, if you manage to succeed in the restaurant business you can be considered one of the best entrepreneurs of our time.
Carlos Martins, owner of Churrasqueira Martins, has earned the respect and love of many faithful clients as he continues to provide a quality dining experience in Toronto. Mr. Martins has been involved in the restaurant industry for quite some time; he f irst opened Churrasqueira Martins in 1994 and it has been a hot spot ever since. “It has always been my dream to own a restaurant”, Mr. Martins shares with Top Choice. The capability to use love and passion as his tools to success is why the public has selected Churrasqueira Martins as the Top Portuguese Restaurant of 2011.
At the heart of Portuguese cuisine is the use of quality ingredients prepared to pres-ent a plate filled with tasty and distinctive flavours. In fact, Churrasqueira Martins offers us with the rare opportunity to explore the wealth and spirit of Portuguese culture through his love of food. Often
confused with Spanish cooking, it is, in fact, quite distinct. The best of Portuguese food is often impeccably prepared based on local produce and emphasizing fish, meat, olive oil, vegetables and spices. At Martins they have a rich variety of delicious, excit-ing meals to set your taste buds on fire. The wide variety of dishes makes it a local favourite that can satisfy even the pickiest of palettes.
In fact, this typical restaurant rises above its competition and it has never been considered just an average Portuguese chicken place. Churrasqueira Martins Grill House takes pride in its dishes and satisfies customer after customer. The restaurant is filled with people who express love and friendship through their service and cook-ing. Portions are large and guests are always welcome at the table.
With that being said, this family-owned business is here to offer various Portuguese dishes, whether it’s take-out or dine-in at the location, each order is carefully mas-tered by the head chef. Mr. Martins reveals his secret to success and mentions that “food is the most important element that is needed.” As easy as that may sound, you must first acknowledge the hard work and process behind every delicious dish. Where there is good food there is always a good chef; an obvious necessity to a restaurant. “Marcio Rebeiro is the head chef here at Churrasqueira Martins and he is great at everything he does; he is always accurate on his seasonings and more”, Mr. Martins proudly presents one of the strongest com-ponents to the restaurant. “The quality of the food is extremely important but all of these fundamentals will not be delivered unless the cook enjoys and respects his line of work”, Mr. Martins continues.
Churrasueira Martins offers a wide range of meat, fish and seafood dishes that are all influenced by traditional Portuguese cuisine. The steaks and fish are the most
recommended dishes by the owner and many of his loyal customers. Some of the dishes included within the menu are grilled cod fish with baked garlic potatoes and rapini, cod fish mixed with eggs & thin hand cut potatoes, grilled rib-eye with two jumbo shrimp and hand-cut chips topped with our house sauce, grilled AAA angus steak served with hand-cut chips topped with sunny-side-up egg and house sauce. Last but not least, Churrasqueira Martins has a succulent barbeque chicken made on
charcoal and topped with the unique and famous Martin’s BBQ sauce. “You must take time to try each plate at least once”, a sentiment shared by many of his clients.
Finally, to conclude, “whether you are looking for a traditional Portuguese cuisine or fine dining, Churrasqueira Martins is the place to visit”, Mr. Martins informs Top Choice. During your meal you will experi-ence the Portuguese character and attitude within your food - simple and imaginative, traditional and inventive. Above all, if you are in need of that social aspect of eat-ing out, at Churrasqueira Martins you are guaranteed to enjoy good food and great service.

Hello everyone,After many years of business expe-
rience I have come to one conclusion — to invest in myself. After all, they say it pays off many times over!
I have recently begun to train myself to view life with a new and improved approach, filled with satisfaction and joy. This kind of perspective will allow me to feel like a new man every morn-ing surrounding myself entirely with positive energy!
Take a look around. Pay close attention to those sitting next to you or walking by you. Have you stopped to think how everyone has been influ-enced to move and react with such a fast pace? No thought, no concentra-tion, just act! Why does it seem as if we are all heading somewhere all the time causing us to neglect the moments that matter?
This “fast pace” initially came to mind the moment i crossed paths with a good friend of mine who was too busy, or better yet, too concentrated, on his iPhone to acknowledge my hello - he didn’t hear nor did he see me, walking with his head straight down!
In that very moment I froze and thought of a time when my grandfa-ther taught me something appropriate for this situation. I once asked for an apple in my backyard and he replied, “If you want a sweet, tasty and healthy apple you must learn how to wait for the right time. If you eat it before it’s ready you are taking a risk to harm your stomach.”
And then it hit me! I finally under-stood the ways in which the system implements subliminal messages into our brains…into our everyday lives. It possesses the ability to criticise and alterate our habits and characters into this “fast paced” lifestyle. In fact, IF you don’t choose carefully what TV chan-nel you watch while having breakfast, what radio station you listen to on the way to work, what newspaper or mag-azine you read with your coffee, the websites you visit in your free time, you are at RISK. You face the risk of falling into a trap built to put you out of the “game” really quickly, because others are growing up and need “your” space…so hurry up and become part of this assembly of human fabrication.
The results are clear…more and more people look good, smell good, pre-tend to feel good, but don’t stay this way for a long time. It’s a very fragile time we are living in; people are emotionally
affected by the system and they don’t even know it. I encourage you to read this message from Lady Gaga: “Some women choose to follow men, and some women choose to follow their dreams. If you’re wondering which way to go, remember that your career will never wake up and tell you that it doesn’t love you anymore.” Can you feel the passion for her dreams to become reality? Not the passion for the dreams which society has created for her.
“ It is not intelligence alone that brings success, but also the drive to succeed,
the commitment to work hard, and the courage to believe in yourself. Know that your dreams must come from your heart’s deepest desires. Only then will the barriers come down before you. To know your heart, you must know your-self. You are who you decide to be, not who other people decide for you to be. Be noble. Stand on the higher ground. Create your life and then go out and live it.” — unknown author
In this magazine issue you will find successful stories of individuals in many different areas of work who have learned that their passion for their career motivates and inspires others, giving them the feeling of accomplish-ment and gratification.
These are regular individuals that simply looked for the right information and decided to invest in themselves by working wisely and becoming exam-ples of what true passion really is.
Hopefully this message motivates you to start investing in yourself and you too can one day become an exam-ple to follow and not a follower! It’s your choice…make it a Top Choice!

Jennifer’s JourneyJennifer Valentyne shares her path to success in televisionfrancesca filippelli
a GreaT Man onCe said “ideas are the beginning of all achievements”.

Live Eye has been a life changing expe-rience for Jennifer where she mentions to have “fallen in love with the show and it has been like a family to me all these years. I love the people I work with and I love what I do”. This position has provided her with the opportunities to enjoy numerous experiences, she says “I have repelled down City Hall, went up in a fighter jet with the Blue Angels, I jump in Lake Ontario every year for the Polar Bear Dip on the first day of Winter” and much more.
Now, as many of you might know Breakfast Television was awarded Top Television Program (Morning Show) of 2011 in the GTA during our most recent annual Top Choice Awards Gala. Jennifer was kind enough to grace our stage as BT`s representative for the night. Her energy and excitement throughout the night reflects on TV every morning along with the other characters on the show. Jennifer agrees and adds, “I am very lucky
to work with the best team in morning television…Kevin, Dina and Frank. We are all friends off-camera and I think that shows on-air”.
Throughout her years on the show she has grown to be a woman that viewers love to watch and enjoy their mornings with. “The biggest compliment someone can give me is if they tell me I’m funny. I get down like most people but I always try and look on the bright side of life”, she continues.
She lives a life that is sure to be differ-ent and exciting every day; a life that she believes continues to be so successful sim-ply because of her happy outlook with any given situation. “I live for today and believe success is happiness no matter what you do. I tell my kids that if you are happy you are rich and I feel rich and successful because of that”. Truly inspiring words to live by!

Rainford stresses how important it is to stick to your restaurant’s mission statement.
Great food and great service. Without high quality food accompanied by excel-lent customer service, there’s no point in opening the doors to your restaurant. This should be the top priority for any restau-rant - this is one area you can’t afford to cut corners on. All good restaurants under-stand that small touches go a long way with customers. So do it right and do it with passion.
“My philosophy is that great service along with great food will keep a restau-rant alive. Paying customers are entitled to be treated with the utmost respect and treated as guests in your establishment,” says Rainford. “Also, do what you do excep-tionally well; you can’t be all things to all people, so find your niche along with your cuisine and work it to the max.”
Word of mouth. New customers are vital to new business growth, but it’s even more important to keep your regulars happy. These are the customers who have been loyal to your restaurant for years and as Rainford says, “Their recommendations can easily be considered gospel.”
Personal testimonials have always been one of the best ways to grow your busi-ness, and with the continuous growth of social media, word of mouth advertising has evolved. Now, a simple Twitter post or a status update on Facebook allows your recommendation on a new restaurant to get to a larger audience quicker.
Keep in mind that when a customer walks through the door of a restaurant they expect nothing less than excellence in every aspect of their visit. So use these tips to help take your restaurant to the next level - a fine dining experience your guests will never forget.
Tips for Running a Successful RestaurantCelebrity Chef Rob Rainford offers advice on how to transform your restaurant into a fine dining experiencesandy Caetano
who’s in the midst of promoting his latest book, Born To Grill™.
“We live in a world with social media - this means restaurant owners are now more involved than ever in their own marketing,” he continues. “Your guests can now report in real time the experience they’re having in your restaurant. Big chain restaurants buy TV and Internet ads, but if you’re a small business owner you can use an interactive Internet platform to your advantage. If no one knows about you, you won’t survive.”
Lead a strong team. Good work ethic and commitment to excellence on every-one’s part goes a long way. Having a committed staff who shares your goals is vital to any restaurant. You need people who are going to represent your brand and do a good job of portraying the image you want your restaurant to be known for.
Whether you’re an established res-taurateur or just starting a new business,
There are a nUMber of reasons why some of the most renowned restaurants are at the top of their game and will remain on the A-list.
Having a successful restaurant takes more than having a stunning exterior or gorgeous décor. It takes a special under-standing of your industry, knowing your competition, recognizing your flaws and strengths and learning how to keep people coming back.
Here are a few key things to remember when trying to run a successful restaurant in today’s foodie world.
Market yourself. You have to get people talking and spreading the word about your fabulous restaurant. World renowned chef Rob Rainford says marketing is something that is important to all businesses.
“If you own a local restaurant, it’s important that the neighbourhood is famil-iar with your establishment,” says Rainford,

Section secrets To A successful Business
rUnninG a bUsiness is not a simple task, let alone trying to build a successful one. Bringing a business to the market and competing with those already at the top involves more than having a good idea.
The success of any start-up business depends on a number of factors, and while you may have an idea of what you want, it may not be what your customers want or will pay for.
“It sounds obvious but it’s true,” says Bev Hamilton, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of One Step Further (www.onestepfurther.co.uk). “Identify a niche or target market that your products or services are aimed towards and what they are willing to pay for it. Ask people who are in your target market or niche what is important to them and be specific.”
Create and adapt your products/ser-vices to meet your target market’s needs.
Hamilton suggests pricing it slightly higher than the rest of your market and create a test sales environment. Don’t open up a shop right away or build a big team before you have proof people want and are willing to pay for what you’re selling.
“The only sure proof is if they actually buy your product - saying they will buy is one thing, having their cash is another,” Hamilton tells Top Choice Magazine. “Scale slowly to continue to prove the viability of your products/services and get constant real time feedback on what customers/clients like, don’t like and will pay for.”
Next on your to-do list is to find a good location that’s easily accessible. Do you want a central location or a local neighborhood space that’s more attractive? Or would it be more advantageous to be located in a mall area? Again, ask potential customers for their opinion.
Take into consideration whether you’ll buy, rent or lease the facility. If you decide to buy, will that investment give you an asset to sell in the future? If you rent, ensure you build a good relationship with the landlord.
Once your business is set up, building a marketing plan is crucial. The marketing strategy should be aligned to your clients. Ask questions like: Where do my ideal clients ‘hang out’? or What magazines, newspapers and publications do they read online and offline? This will help you figure out where your marketing should be so that it’s strategi-cally placed where your potential clients are.
“Marketing depends on your target audience, so consider a strategic holistic marketing approach and get good profes-sional advice from specialists in your field,” says Hamilton. “Work with a marketing person who has a successful track record in marketing for your particular industry.”
When trying to maintain a suc-cessful business, it’s important to be relevant, exciting and different. Be the cre-ator of something that will wow people even though they didn’t know they wanted your product/service.
“Trying to be all things to all people makes you a ‘me too’ business and indistinguishable from the crowd,” she says. “Be consistent, constantly listen to your customer and adapt as necessary. Never forget you’re only in busi-ness as long as you have customers and of course enjoy what you do.”
Don’t forget that passion goes a long way - remember why you wanted to start your business, if you’re not passionate about your product or service you won’t last.

SucceSS Wants vs needs
sUCCess
i was firsT inTrodUCed to the busi-ness world 15 years ago and I have not distanced my self from it ever since. With all these years of experience, the same issue continues to arise constantly. Wants vs Needs!
The needs in our lives are the essentials, the basics of life that we simply cannot live without. Where on the other hand, the wants are composed of possessions, experiences and/or services that are not necessary for survival, but stimulate us on a mental level.
Let me introduce to you some examples:
What you want?
• To eat out• An extra large house• Entertainment• Vacations• Luxury cars• Brand name clothing• Partying • MONEY to maintain habits and
luxuries
What you need?
• Basic food and water • Basic shelter • Health care • Basic clothing • Basic transportation • MONEY to pay bills and debts
Take a good look at both columns. Did you notice what they have in com-mon? The one thing required to attain either your wants or needs is MONEY! Both lists are impossible to fulfill with-out money! So money appears to be the priority...and this is where the debate starts.
The list of wants will always be larger then the list of needs, and that’s not a bad thing, actually I truly believe life is cre-ated for us to maintain a rich life and enjoy more than the basic needs.
The only issue is that now a days, with the new era of social media impacting our lives like “Titanic into that iceberg”, we are clearly sinking within ourselves.
The new generation is constantly get-ting hit with the wrong message, they strive to be like everyone else and social media makes it easy for them to compare their lives to the lives of others. With a click of the mouse they can view the profiles of friends and complete strangers, learning each and every detail!
Young viewers “like” the life styles of others and jealousy can set it when they expect to live the same life. It’s as is they expect to wake up tomorrow with great cars, the ability to travel the world, a man-sion to live in and a club or party to go to every weekend - the list goes on and on. They often don’t realize that those type of individuals are only capable to receive all of their wants because early in life they understood what they truly needed was to work hard for it.
It is very easy to lose track of what you really want. Social media was created to improve peoples lives, wise people use it for that reason, others waste their pre-cious time pretending to understand and assume that one day they will be like that
guy inside the Lamborghini, or that girl inside the jet going to the Bahamas.
Why? Because social media plays tricks on our subconscious mind, creating a fan-tasy world that is causing regular people to believe they are entitled to have what they want without working for what they need first. We want everything we view through social media in other people’s lives - affect-ing us to lose track of what we really want.
One should always want better and have the willingness to fight for what they truly want, but never forget what they need is the base of those wants.
Today’s generation is constantly mis-led by today’s fast-paced changes, they are brainwashed to believe “don’t worry you are just like that rich guy on Facebook.” Unfortunately for those big dreamers out there, they never realise that those wants will only come if they enrich themselves with some or all of these characteristics: passion, love, caring, strength, optimism and persistence.
Concentrate on the elements in life that cannot be bought with money, in the long run, those will bring you true wealth!
You may be wondering how can I be so certain of this? One answer for you:
Every single successful business owner I have ever met have one thing in common: they suffered deeply in many areas of their lives before they sat down in that luxury car or travelled the world. In that pain they found the light to give them vision and see beyond their current circumstances. They learned to give value to the time spent with a real friend, to give value to a glass of water, to enjoy the sun that shines in the middle of a snow storm, to give value to waking up and being able to walk out of their beds and to thank for every moment they live good or bad.

“SoftLift” as done by Dr. Kuzmarexpert ADvice
“sofTlifT” iTself is essenTially a general term, it’s interpretation in practice, much like art, varies from one practitioner to another.
My technical experience with inject-ables over the years has really evolved along the creative themes of “less is more” and “beauty being found in the balance and symmetry of features”.
As such, my personal approach for this combined single sitting procedure: first utilizes Botox in the upper face for the absolute and definative correction of frown lines; next, the subtle softening of forehead lines still allowing for some nat-ural expression; followed by only a very gentle lift of the lateral brow; and finally, only a partial reduction of the muscular contracture in the crow’s feet area allow-ing for pleasant but not overwhelming smile lines.
Moving then to the mid face region with dermal filler, this is an area where all of us experience some level of pro-gressive volume loss. Here, it is very important to augment the lateral cheek
area with a sufficiently adequate volume of product so as to re-establish and lift the mid face. It is this part of the pro-cedure, when done just right, that the greatest visual impact and rejuvenative effect is made. The dermal filler work to follow will focus primarily on softening the remaining deeper folds seen in the mid to lower face.
Once all the preceeding critical areas have been addressed, then depending on the individual patient needs, fine tuning
with additional dermal filler can be used for: enhancing the fullness of lips; fur-ther elevation of the brow if needed; softening of the undereye hollows; and an area of special interest for me - con-touring of the jawline/prejowl and chin.
In the final analysis and after count-less injectable procedures, I feel the “SoftLift” approach to facial rejuvenation still remains the most effective and satis-fying non-surgical intervention for both patients and myself.
“SoftLift” as done by Dr. Kuzmar“SoftLift” is a descriptive term for an injectable procedure combining the use of Botox® Cosmetic in the upper face and Dermal Filler in the mid to lower face. Dr. Nino Kuzmar

“We have thousands of satisfi ed patients from all over the world— 40 countries and counting — to have la-ser eye surgery,” says Dr. Raymond Stein. “However, the most signifi cant acknowledgement of our expertise comes from the fact that well over 300 eye doctors have chosen our Institute to have their eyes treated.” The father and son teams of Harold and Raymond Stein, and Albert and Jordan Cheskes trained at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. They also hold professorships at the University of Toronto and have collaborated on an impressive 35 texts — the most academic books attributed to a private institution in North America.
“Our reputation as a center of excellence is attrib-utable to the quality of our surgeons,” notes Dr. Harold Stein. “Patients considering a laser pro-cedure can be rest assured that our surgeons are amongst the most skilled and experienced in the world,” explains Dr. Stein, “what really sets us apart is our expertise partnered with the most advanced laser technology available.” Technologies like the new Intralase® equipment. The Intralase® laser is the safest, most effective all laser LASIK technique. This technology provides improved safety, better vi-sion, higher degrees of predictability and precision.

LASIKLASIK, or Laser-Assisted in Situ Keratomileusis, is a type of laser eye surgery for correcting myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.
In order for light to focus more clearly on the retina, the outer window of the eye and the cornea must be of the proper curvature.
PRKDuring photorefractive keratectomy (PRK), the surface cells of the cornea, called the corneal epithelium, are removed instead of creating a LASIK fl ap. The excimer laser is applied to reshape the cornea and correct vi-sion. Visual outcomes are equally as impressive as with LASIK, however, the healing time tends to be longer.
INTRAOCULAR TECHNIQUESIntraocular techniques, as the name implies, are done within the eye. Three intraocular techniques are available at the Bochner Eye Institute: Phakic Intraocular Lenses - often referred to as an Implantable Contact Lens (ICL), Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE) and Cataract Surgery
KERATOCONUSKeratoconus is a corneal disease that occurs when the normally round dome-shaped cornea (the clear outer area of the eye) progressively thins causing a cone-like bulge to develop. New treatment modalities are offerred including corneal collagen crosslinking with Ribofl avin and intracorneal rings.

Want to earn Higher Returns and sleep Better at night?

They Wrote the Book on Financial PlannningWant to earn higher returns and sleep better at night? This is the company you have been looking for.
TUCKed away in a glass tower in Richmond Hill is a small private wealth management firm that wrote the book on financial planning. Page and Associates Ltd. was founded 30 years ago by John A. Page, a pioneer in the delivery of profes-sional financial planning services. The firm’s client service process was devel-oped and refined over many years, and is the basis for much of the Advocis Best Practices Manual, used by thousands of financial professionals across Canada.
A team of 10 advisors and staff continue to build on the tradition of excellence. Members of the firm have won numerous industry awards over the years, and client satisfaction statistics are impressive. It’s no wonder they are 2011’s Top Choice for Financial Advisor in Richmond Hill.
“Studies show that people with a writ-ten financial plan earn higher returns, and have less stress. We figured most peo-ple would want those benefits” says Frank Miemiec, VP Operations. He is surprised at how many of the firm’s new clients don’t get this service from their former advisors,
or thought what they had was a financial plan, but was only an investment policy statement or value projection.
Rick Page adds “Few of our competitors offer comprehensive financial planning ser-vices that bring together tax planning, cash flow management, risk management and investing, to ensure that clients’ retirement and estate goals can be achieved in the most effective and tax-efficient way possi-ble.” He explains that the firm’s team-based approach allows them to deliver superior service because they have in-house experts in various fields contributing to the devel-opment of their clients’ plans. “We have a CA and MBAs in house, and an extensive network of professionals such as lawyers and mortgage brokers to draw on when our clients don’t already have established ser-vice providers in these areas.”
Tax-efficiency is one of the main ben-efits of a financial plan. Jonathan Flawn, a Certified Financial Planner and Page’s in-house Chartered Accountant, says “Taxes are very complex, and most of our clients are not experts in this area. Many are not
taking advantage of all the deductions and credits that they could be using, and most have not structured their investments to minimize tax exposure. We take great care to build the customized financial forecasts needed to support the long-term planning strategies that will reduce our clients’ life-time tax burden.”
If this sounds like the level of service you’d want for your own financial planning, you can arrange for an Initial Assessment and Evaluation meeting and walk out with a complimentary report. Donald Page explains, “We still offer our Initial Assessment on a complimentary basis, so that there is no risk for someone looking to find out more about how we can help them in their specific situation. Even clients who choose not to engage us as their advisors say they have benefitted by going through this process with us.”
Sounds like a good plan to us!

QUaliTy and enerGy effiCienCy usually rank first or second on most cus-tomers lists of priorities.Aesthetics and budget falls closely behind. In a highly competitive market with so many differ-ent products and manufacturers it’s more important than ever to take your time, do your research and understand the differ-ences from one window brand to another.
There are many components that make up a window or door and they all have an impact on the end result. In the case of vinyl windows the obvious and major difference is the quality and strength of the extru-sion. Vinyl window frames are extruded in a multi-walled fashion. The wall thick-nesses and number of chambers can be altered to increase or decrease the strength
and performance of the window. Make sure to have a good look at a cross section of the window to help you understand the main difference from one manufacturer to the other.Thick exterior walls and solid multi-walled construction make the window stronger, warmer and less prone to warp or twist. They also increase the total weld surface area making the window stronger at the corners.
For some, aesthetics may rank as num-ber one or two in terms of importance. To fill that need we turn to the wood clad win-dow. The beauty of wood on the inside coupled with a maintenance- free exterior provide the right fit for those who require a softer, more pleasing look. Exterior finishes can come in vinyl, aluminum or fibreglass.
All three provide tough durable exteriors that require minimal maintenance and pro-vide superior aesthetics. You can select from a wide array of exterior colours and interior wood species that are even available prefin-ished or primed. Custom glass and grille pattern options create endless possibilities.
Let’s not forget the role of the window and door dealer in all of this. Knowledge, experience, professionalism, quality instal-lation and a proven history are critical when making a large purchase. A quality window and door dealer can help you to make the right decisions with confidence and give you the comfort of knowing that, should you require assistance, they have the knowledge and staff to guide you through the process.
Answering the most important window & door questionsSo it’s time to replace your old drafty windows and the patio door that’s difficult to open and doesn’t provide a sense of security. What type of window is the most energy efficient? Is one brand really better than the other? Is vinyl the best choice? What about wood clad windows? Should I be concerned with exterior maintenance? All very important questions with very different answers depending on what you are trying to achieve.Nelson Pereira, Vice President of Dundas Woodwindows & Specialties

pLAceS ivy Social club
www.TopChoiceMagazine.com52 Winter 2012
There’s a new niGhTClUb in town, with extravagance written all over it - both inside and outside. Ivy Social Club is the meaning of ele-gance. The club is engulfed in beauty and pure sophistication, with breath-taking chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings, an exquisitely lit-up bar, high-end leather booths and gor-geous drapery.
From the exterior of the night club right down to the very fine details in the washrooms - Ivy is in a league of their own. This is the feeling Enzo Grossi, owner of Ivy Social Club,
wants each of his guests to experi-ence, again and again.
“From an aesthetic perspective, I think we hit the mark,” says Grossi. “The place is elegant, it’s grand, it’s very Vegas. And this is not our opin-ion, this is what we’re hearing from clients and patrons who are coming in.”
“It’s just so unassuming from the outside, and yet when you come inside, the whole scale of the project is just so unbelievable,” he continues.
All guests are welcomed and treated as VIPs. Imagine walking in
Follow the Vibe North of the CityIvy Social Club, Vaughan’s elegant new loungeby sandy Caetano
on a red carpet, being greeted with a friendly smile, enjoying cocktails that won't cost you more than $7 each and a mature crowd that won't have you running out the door in frustration.
Unlike most nightclubs, Ivy also has a food component prepared by Mistura Restaurant served until 2am.
Ivy also provides a car service - a cost the club absorbs for their cli-ents - for guests who want to come down, grab a booth and enjoy them-selves without the worry of having to arrange transportation.

Grossi has been working the nightclub circuit since 1994, so he’s no stranger to the game. But with Ivy, he’s brought the level of nightlife to a whole new level and wanted the name to reflect that.
“We chose Ivy because it’s non-descript, it’s generic, yet it conveys a certain level of sophistication,” Grossi tells Top Choice Magazine.
Running a business is like play-ing a game of chess, you need to know your players , know your strengths and know when to make your move. Yes, there will always
be ups and downs, but it’s how you use those experiences that make the difference.
“We, as a team, believe that dis-cipline equals success,” he says. “This is manifested in operations, staffing requirements and goal set-ting - knowing the direction you want your team to head in will help in determining the success of the business.”
Grossi’s goal now is spreading the word about this new gem - it’s time the world experiences the allure that is Ivy.

Are you Protected from Hackers?technoLogy
TeChnoloGy
have yoU ever wondered what that sudden flash or flicker on your screen was? Has your computer suddenly started behaving erratically, or performing much slower than normal? If you have ever experienced any of the aforementioned symptoms, or variants of such, in one regard you’re lucky enough to have noticed a sign that your system has been compro-mised. In most cases, however, there will be no warning signs at all that someone has accessed your computer and may very well be taking personal and private information.
A recent report indicates that the average hacker can access your system or network in as little as 12 seconds. Yes, you’ve read that right…this is not a mis-print. Twelve SECONDS! To put that into perspective, theoretically speaking your computer was just hacked by the time you reach the end of this sentence.
Now that I have your attention please don’t panic and start pulling cables out of the wall or run out to by the latest security
software. Antivirus applications are great for stopping malware from damaging your computer. A firewall is an effective tool in data protection that regulates incoming and outgoing traffic by allowing or deny-ing system access. Together they join forces to provide you with assurance and secu-rity…or so you think. The most elaborate and expensive hardware/software pack-ages won’t do much to protect you if you just “turn it on” and use your equipment and applications with their default settings. The majority of routers on the market today are pre-programmed from their respective factories with a standard user-name and password. That is to say that ALL routers from the same manufacturer will generally have the same login credentials. It wouldn’t take too long for an intruder to park on a public street, scan for unse-cured networks, and log in to your system with the default values. If it’s not one pass-word it’ll definitely be the other. At the very least, they’ll now have the option to lock
you out of your own device. Additionally, secured networks are also at risk of detec-tion and intrusion if you’ve utilized poor or weak password authentication methods. All you’ve managed to accomplish is you’ve created a false sense of security for your-self. Alternatively, many make the same mistake and assume that security is non-essential or not necessary.
Your computer, whether it’s a desk-top or laptop, has many vulnerabilities that can generally be exploited by a hacker or intruder with minimal experience. In essence, you have 65,536 open ports that allow anyone with ill intentions to walk right in and do whatever they want with your system and/or data. Aside from identity theft and other illegal aspects of hacking, an intruder may choose to use your system as a drone, or soldier of sorts. You will have no idea that they were ever there, but your computer will now be one of dozens, hundreds or even thousands of systems that are programmed to perform a very simple task…anything the hacker has in mind. Generally, this could culminate in an attack on an unsuspecting, popular website or server creating a DOS…Denial Of Service. It may cripple or destroy the target, and your computer was used in the process without your knowledge. A much worse scenario is having a key-log-ger planted in your computer; this allows

the hacker to record every single keystroke you type and have it sent to a target com-puter. In this case, when you log in to online banking or a social media site, or anywhere else that requires log-in creden-tials, no matter how strong your password is the hacker literally sees it along with its corresponding website.
Another means of gaining access and control over certain websites is to answer your “secret question” as most sites provide when your password is lost or forgotten. This method is effective when the hacker has some personal information or history about the victim. In the past year several users of a very popular social media net-working site were hacked when the secret question was answered from information that was gathered simply by the hacker reading the user’s public profile.
Do you still think security is optional or unnecessary? The pitfalls of unprotected computer use and access are endless. Aside from having software and hardware that offer essential protective services, users must take a proactive approach to ensur-ing their system remains safe and secure. The 12-second hack occurs when a basic, all lower-case, 5-letter password is used. By simply adding a capital letter to the 5-let-ter mix you instantly increase hack time
to several minutes. A password with 10 or more alpha-numeric characters using upper and lower-case letters will now take a hacker 2 or more years to infiltrate your system. Personally, I think it’s well worth the time to be a little creative and gener-ate a proper password for your own peace of mind.
Whether you’re a tech-savvy power user operating a successful business
or a casual internet surfer just looking for your daily update you cannot over-look the fact that threats in cyberspace are real. We are all vulnerable to attack; I myself have seen hack attempts on my own systems. But a strong combination of defense mechanisms kept the intrud-ers out. As a matter of fact, I was able to hunt them down, back-tracking their route through various locations around the world to a small city in Germany. It took me a few minutes to reveal their IP address and trace their service provider, practically revealing a physical originat-ing address. It ended with a firm email notifying them that they were now the target…I would have loved to have seen the look on their faces! Hackers beware: don’t dance with the devil if you’re afraid to get burned.
Network and computer security should not be left to chance nor should it be assumed that your hardware/software setup is enough to stop every online threat. With a few simple changes to your settings and password credentials you will increase your security significantly. When in doubt, contact a local computer specialist for pro-fessional recommendations that could potentially save you time, money and, most importantly, your privacy.

The Internet. It’s here to stay. What may have once been considered foreign territory is now common ground for each and every one of us. We use it to search. We use it to watch. We use it to shop. But most impor-tantly, we use it to share our thoughts and emotions. It has become an extension of the way we communicate, even the way we think. And although the possibilities are endless, many don’t realize that every piece of informa-tion, every photo, every video, and every letter of every single word has been put there by a person. Someone just like you and me.

At its most basic form, the Internet is a real simple concept. It is a global network of interconnected computers; a network of networks. As great as the concept of Internet is, it pales in comparison to the incredible experiences we have been able to create and share through it. Websites have given us the power to reach out to people in ways that were never possible in the past and this capability is causing a shift in the way we think and act.
We now have our own personal con-tent filters. We choose the information we want and consume it when we want to. Did you see the game last night? You hear about that crash on the highway? You want to know how to bake a cake? How to start a business? Where to buy art supplies? How to become an artist? It’s all there, ripe for the picking, whenever you want. However, all this freedom to customize our informa-tion does not come without its pitfalls. In a time when more information is available than ever before we can choose to ignore most of it if we want to. That, to me, is the biggest waste of the potential of the Internet.
Now that we are happy getting all the information we want you can just imag-ine what happens when we get something we do not want. This is where it gets juicy! Was your dinner on Saturday ruined by poor service? Did that lawyer rip you off? Did your brand-name computer suddenly
break down? Time to go online so you can let out all your frustrations by reviewing and commenting in every way imagin-able. You need to let the whole world know that you have been let down by your (pre-viously) favourite business. While you are connected why don’t you do a search for a replacement…a new place to dine next Saturday? How will you decide on a new place? How about the one with the most favourable reviews or, by process of elimi-nation, the one with the least bad reviews.
Scenarios like this are really common and businesses cannot ignore it. To any business today the Internet is sort of like an accountability check. There is now an unspoken agreement between the business and consumer where the consumer says,
“If you treat me good, I might come back. If you treat me great, I might write some-thing good about you. But if you treat me poorly, I won’t come back and I will tell the whole world why!”
People are empowered now. The major-ity of us not only have social media profiles - like Facebook and Twitter - we actually use them, every day. We share our lives and the experiences in them, good or bad. Anyone who is accountable to the pub-lic needs to tread very softly, for one false step could make them look bad. And not just to one person, but to their friends, and their friends’ friends and their friends’ friends’ friends…well, you get the destruc-tive point. Welcome to the “Comment Culture”. Anything you do can and will be used against you on the Internet.
I know you’re thinking “Hey, where’s the good part?” Well, the good thing about all this is that the Internet is more human than you think. The very essence of all interaction on the Internet is human. It is just a collection of bits and pieces of our lives put online for everyone to benefit from. Did you ever want to sing? Sing for the world. Are you an aspiring poet? Get published in an instant! Art connoisseur? Why not browse the world’s largest gallery? Looking for romance? Get out of the house a little more…or try a dating site. You can diversify your life instead of specializing it. Or you can specialize your life instead of diversifying it. In the end, it’s just another choice. Like choosing between Crest and Colgate (I would go with Crest because they have more fans on Facebook).
“if you treat me good, i might come back. if you treat great, i
might write something good about you. But if you treat me poorly,
i won’t come back and i will tell the
whole world why!”

Il Porcellino Italian RestaurantWe had the pleasure visiting Il Porcellino for a lovely, truly Italian,
four-course meal. The food was amazing and we recognized why Il Porcellino won for their authentic taste - but we did not only experience a little bit of Italy through the food but through the live music playing for each table. From “Il sole mio” to “L’Italiano” you couldn’t help but to stand up and dance between your courses. Along with the beautiful ambiance, the mayor of Mississauga, the lovely Hazel McCallion, graced us with her presence and took part to congratulate our winners. The Tucci family accepts their award and give thanks to the many that have voted to make all of this possible. If you are ever in Mississauga and you come across Il Porcellino, all I can say is Buon Appetito!

Bravi Ristorante Bravi has become my new favourite restaurant. Whether you want a place to go for a business meeting, drinks and a bite to eat with friends, or a romantic dinner with your special someone, you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a smile. When I walked in, I was welcomed by a team who is passionate about what they do. There was no awkward moments, just a place and a staff who are eager to show you what they have to offer. There’s character in the decor, with pri-vate little spaces for intimate dinners, a private room for special occassions, and a menu with things like butternut squash ravioli, that keeps guests coming back for more.

Spuntini Ristorante & Bar Anyone who has gone to Sotto Sotto will know Spuntini’s as they are located in the same building. For 17 years, Spuntini has been a very welcoming, friendly restaurant that feels like home. My experi-ence here was pleasant, I felt like I was part of the family. When you walk into Spuntini you’re treated like a star, greeted with a warm smile and given the best service. Along the front of the restaurant, are photos of Hollywood stars and sports figures who have made Spuntini their favrouite stop when in Toronto. They know here they can have a delicious meal - authentic Italian cuisine with a Portuguese twist - and an extraordinary experience. Spuntini has become a staple in its neighbourhood.

Bardi’s Steak House It’s difficult today to walk into a restaurant and see a full house. Bardi’s Steak House, open since 1966 and located in the heart of the financial and theatre district, packs up on a dailiy basis. The service is sec-ond to none with each customer being treated with the utmost care and respect. I was well-received dur-ing my visit, given the grand tour and enjoyed the cozy, intimate atmosphere. Everyone was smiling and happy, and enjoying their meals, which smelled so appetizing. They offer mouth-watering steaks that are only “Certified Angus Beef” and an extensive wine list. Their wine cellar is impressive. Definitely worth checking out.

Luci Restaurant Oh Luci! What an esthetically beautiful restaurant you just can’t get enough of. First impressions are everything, and this place gets five stars across the board. Luci is set with a romantic ambiance with dimmed lighting with candles flickering at each table, as well as, around the bar too. Luci just opened up, and already they are booked with parties. I met up with one of the owners, and it was like talking to an old friend. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are happy and the Italian/Mediterranean menu is quite appetizing with everything being made fresh and in-house. There’s a little something for everyone.

La Risata Ristorante For 19 years, La Risata has been the place for authen-tic Italian cuisine with an Argentinian flare. When I walked into La Risata, I was overcome with aromas of what the chef was cooking in the kitchen. The res-taurant just finished undergoing new renovations, with modern decor enhancing one’s experience when they come to eat. It was a pleasure chatting with the owner, who has been in the restaurant business for 29 years and is very passionate about what he does. He prides himself in his restaurant’s excellent service and professionalism shown by his staff to all who come in. La Risata will definitely wow you with great service and satisfy your appetite.

Villaggio Ristorante My experience at Villaggio was a great one, once I finally got there. It was a little difficult to find, but once I arrived, I was greeted with friendly faces and smiles. I was offered something warm to drink, and we sat down to chat. Villaggio is a friendly, family and fine dining restaurant with a casual flow and not intimidating like some restaurants. This family shares over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business, and it shows well. They’re very personable, take the time to greet customers and care about how they are enjoying their visit. Their menu is authentic Italian with a twist here and there, and now includes delicious pizza.

Mezza Notte Trattoria Mezza Notte has been around since 1996, offering its customers a rustic style Italian cuisine. The atmo-sphere is casual and a great place to go for a real hearty home-cooked meal. I met with both owners, brothers who run the restaurant together, and they were both very friendly and eager to tell me about their place. I quite enjoyed talking to them both. The atmosphere there is very family oriented, the food is made fresh on order, and they also do catering and home delivery. Mezza Notte is about pleasing their customers with flavourful meals, top notch customer service and an experience you’ll want to tell all your friends about.

Terrazza Terrazza has been a regular hot-spot for delicious food in the Annex for the past three years and with reason. At Terrazza, they’re about simplicity and good food. When I initially pulled up in front of Terrazza, I wasn’t sure what to expect as the exterior of the res-taurant was quite unassuming. But when you get to the door and walk in, you’re sure to be blown away just as I was. The decor is stunning, the ambiance is incredible, and my overall experience was a fabulous one. The owner was friendly and welcomed me in as if we’ve known each other for years. This is a place you can go with your friends or your family and be sure you’ll have good and enjoyable moments that will last a lifetime.

Scarpetta Restaurant For those who know about this highly acclaimed res-taurant, the name Scarpetta says it all. Famed Chef Scott Conant has created a reputable name for him-self and his fine Italian Restaurant, which first opened its doors here in Toronto a little over a year ago. The atmosphere is warm and inviting for such a classy place, where all is welcome. Conant’s cuisine is typi-cal Italian with a twist - it’s both rustic and refined, it’s soulful Italian. Some of their more popular dishes include spaghetti with tomato and basil, braised beef with vegetables and risotto, and creamy polenta with fricassee of truffled mushrooms. At Scarpetta they pride themselves on great service, ensuring their guests have a memorable time.

One of a Kind Pasta & Grill One of a Kind Pasta & Grill has been serving the city of Toronto for 25 years. They’ve been in their current location on Queen St. W. for 13 years, and pack up for dinner rather quickly. The place is small, but the food is flavourful and delicious. The menu is simple and not expensive at all, it’s about quality and quantity for a great price. They also offer take-out and deliv-ery, and are ready to serve their customers whether they are at home or dining in the restaurant. One of a Kind serves up over 30 different pasta dishes, and makes a tasty Lobster Bisque made in the traditional French way.

Splendido Bar & Grill Splendido Bar & Grill has been around for over 21 years, and has been under new ownership for the past two years. When you walk into Splendido you’re immediately taken aback by the stunning decor, it’s not fancy but it definitely has it’s wow factors. From the style of the bar, the layout of the tables, the mir-rors and artwork on the walls and the greenery placed around the restaurant all work together giv-ing Splendido a splendid appearance. Their menu is seasonal and constantly changing, though the over-all cooking methods stay the same and are borrowed from Italian and French techniques.

Piacere Ristorante Benvenuto a Piacere Ristorante. Piacere has a very unique set-up, stunning decor with gorgeous win-dows that enhance the ambient lighting when the sun goes down - overall, it’s engulfed in a sophis-tication from another time and place. They offer a variety of traditional Italian dishes, an eclectic mix of old and new world dishes, always keeping it fresh. The only downfall is that there is so much on their menu to choose from. Piacere also offers a private room for functions in their upscale, contemporary atmosphere. At Piacere they believe your dining experience should be more than just favorable cui-sine, it should be about fun, friendly faces and great service. It’s the Piacere experience. Buon Appetito!

Sotto Sotto Sotto Sotto takes its guests on an escape to a small place in Rome from ages past. From the treatment of the walls that look like aged stone to the candle lit tables and romanesque columns placed throughout the restaurant, Sotto Sotto is like entering another world. For 20 years, customers have enjoyed tradi-tional Roman cuisine made by experienced chefs using nothing but the freshest and finest ingredients - tender veal sirloin, pasta that melts in your mouth, dessert so heavenly you can’t say no. To some it may be dark and small, but to the many who keep coming back, Sotto Sotto is a getaway they can afford with-out getting on a plane. And don’t forget the wine, it’s what truly completes the experience.

When you walk into McSorley’s Saloon and Grill you’re greeted with a warm welcome and shown to a table. First impressions conclude this is your typical bar. On second glance you’ll see it’s a fun place - an eclectic American family sports restaurant. They have a kids menu and artwork all over their walls from children who have dined in with their families. Sure they have your usual culprits of wings, burgers, and fish and chips - the traditional pub food - but they also have an amazing selection that includes Pad Thai dishes, Creamy Chicken Linguine, Rice Bowl Stirfrys and more. Churrasqueira Costa Verde
Churrasqueira Costa Verde has built a history within the Portuguese community for over 25 years in Toronto. Feeling it was time to expand their brand on a bigger scale, they opened up a second location in Vaughan about five months ago. This churrasqueira wants everyone to experience fine Portuguese cui-sine at its best. With ample free parking, Costa Verde is home to a friendly atmosphere, even though first impressions of its surroundings feel cold and not so inviting. But, that quickly evaporates the minute you begin talking to the personable staff, who’s first prior-ity is to make you feel right at home.

Herbal Infusions Loose Leaf Tea Co.
With the abundance of coffee shops around us, it’s difficult to find a place that serves a good cup of tea. Herbal Fusions is the newest tea boutique in Toronto’s downtown core, blocks away from the club district. Owner Dan Johanis hand blends cus-tom teas in whatever flavours his customers like. He offers over 100 types of loose leaf tea, specializing in caffeine-free blends and even offers a variety of well-ness teas for flus/colds, relaxation, energy and more. My favourite tea, the roasted almond tea latte. Herbal infusions also puts together gift baskets for all occa-sions, as well as, party flavours.

Emily's Bakery The aromas of homemade lasagna, veal, soups, breads and other delights take over your senses when you open the door to Emily’s Bakery. It’s like walking into Nonna’s kitchen on a Sunday afternoon. This bakery has been a staple part of its community for 6 years and is known for their unique style of bread. New owners Sana Alkhouri and Diego Diaz took over the business a year and a half ago, and have continued to satisfy their customers with their services, which also includes catering. On the weekend the bakery packs up so much you’ll be waiting a while, but it’s worth the wait considering they make a perfect espresso.

ConGraTUlaTions! yoU’ve landed The highly coveted job interview. It’s not easy to get to this step, especially when there are hundreds of applicants also apply-ing for the same job, but you did it and should be proud.
You don’t have the job yet, so don’t get overconfident. Stay calm and focused. Your resume did meet their expectations and managed to stand out enough to get you in the door - it’s a good sign that they like what they see so far. The job interview is usually the most stressful part of any job search, so make sure you’re ready.
When preparing for the job interview, it’s important to look your best. Before you say hello or shake their hand, your image if the first thing an employer will notice about you. The most important part of the job interview for any employer or hiring man-ager, is to see if you are who you say you are. So if your resume looks like a million bucks, so should you.
Erin Nadler, Image Consultant and President of Better Styled, says although a job interview can definitely make for a ner-vous situation, it’s important to take the time to make sure you look the part.
“As an employer, we do not want to be distracted by a low cut blouse, loud clanky
jewelry, or overdone makeup,” says Nadler. “The way you put yourself together tells the interviewer a lot about you. If we can see that an effort has been made in regards to your appearance, than it makes us feel bet-ter about you and your abilities as a possible candidate.”
It’s not solely about what’s written down on paper. An employer wants to ensure that you’ve got the whole package - that you’ll represent their company and their brand to their expectations. The interview is all about presentation, from how you are dressed to how confident your handshake is.
“Heading out to an interview can be stressful and nerve-racking, deciding what to wear and how best to represent your-self, well, that’s even scarier,” she says. “Employers do expect candidates to show up in their best interview attire, and with only 30 seconds to make a good first impres-sion, your appearance is critical.”
Determining what you should wear to a job interview depends on what type of job you’re applying for. It’s always better to be over dressed than to be under dressed, even if the work environment is casual. To be the part, you must look the part.
“A jacket and pant combination is always the best bet and the easiest thing to reach
5 TiPS for LANDiNG ThAT JoB:
1. Make sure you are on time. chance are if you are late for the interview, it’s not a good sign that you will be at work when it’s time to punch in.
2. Presentation is everything. Mind your manners, be con-fident, look professional and be sure to use eye contact.
3. Be honest. don’t elaborate anything that’s not on your resume. Stay true to who you are. If your employer catches you in a lie, you won’t get the job.
4. Don’t be nervous. yes, it’s eas ier sa id than done. admit that you are ner-vous and try to explain why, chances are the employer will understand. Listen to the questions carefully and try to answer as best as you can. Try to be conversa-tional, and remember to be professional.
5. Do your research. Make sure you understand the job and the company to the best of your ability, so you’ll be able to tell your inter-viewer how you can help strengthen their team.
for in your closet is a full matching suit,” continues Nadler. “If a skirt suit is your first choice, make sure you wear pantyhose, either nude or black is best. Opt for a simple and sophisticated pump, leave your stilettos at home and keep your jewelry and accesso-ries to a minimum.”
For guys, dress pants, a shirt and a sim-ple tie will do, and if you have a matching blazer it doesn’t hurt to wear that too. Always make sure your outfit is clean and pressed, and that you look ready to start the job at the drop of a hat.
The most important thing to keep in mind from a professional standpoint, is that how you present and conduct your-self will make the world of difference in a job interview. First impressions are lasting impressions, so make them the best that you can.
