Definition of What a Life Purpose Is

The Merriam Webster dictionary defines “purpose” as an “aim, intention or to

put forth.” Therefore, your life purpose is simply what you are putting your

energy into or the aim or intention of all of the external efforts you are

doing.

A “practical” example of purpose could be an artist whose outer purpose is to

make beautiful creations out of trash and his inner life purpose is helping

people become conscious of their waste and other creative ways to reuse it.

Spiritually, your life purpose could be something that the divine has guided or

commanded you to do like Moses was in the Bible.

Deepak Chopra in his book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, offers three self

evident criteria to know that you have found your life purpose:

1. It’s a unique gift or talent that we have in this life

2. We know how to use those talents in some type of service

3. It must, in some way, benefit humanity and the planet

Each individual’s life purpose will fulfill these three criteria when it truly is

their purpose in life.

Top Life Purpose Element #5: ‘3/4/5D’ Dimensional Aspects of Purpose

This element of your purpose in life blends together the previous four to make

sure that every part of your being is living on purpose and fulfilled through

the birth, psychological, professional and spiritual aspects of their unique life

purpose. Remember your life purpose is bigger than an action – it is an

orientation that can be expressed or understood in these three dimensions.

3D ~ The Physical Expression of Our Experience of Reality ~ Doing
