When used and maintained properly, your cooking equipment will serve you well. SMALL TOOLS AND HAND TOOLSWhips- are used to whip, beat and blend food

Palette knife- is a round tipped flexible tool used to spread glazes and fillings, also for turning pancakes or grilled food. It is also called a metal spatula

Offset spatula- has a wide chisel- edged blade used to lift or turn foods on broilers, griddles and grills

Rotary Peeler- is used to peel fruit and vegetable skin

Pastry Bag- is used to pipe out whipped cream, pureed foods and various toppings
