It’s a great learning tool as it will show you how various factors, i.e.– drill speed, lubrication, and build-ups on the tool, affect the final diameter and bushing fitment. Reamer Stone: A stone to clean aluminum build-ups off of the cutting edges of the reamers. A must for continued use. Removal Kit: A simple kit to remove bushings. Simply thread the bushing with the tap, install the bolt, and remove with a slide hammer. TSRP: 5R110W (TorqShift). 2008 on 5R110W’s have an assembly style rear planet. On these units, the low/ revers clutch is not serviceable. Our tool removes the pins from the planet without damaging the carrier, allowing you to service the clutch. SF-99 Servo Pin Bore Repair System In 1999 we introduced our signature line of tools. The first tool available was the

AODE. This simple patented tool proved highly adaptable to other transmissions with similar issues, and pretty soon we had grown to our current catalog of nineteen kits.

Each kit can be purchased as either a master or a sub kit. Master kits contains all the tooling (jigs, guides, reamers, drivers, gauge pin, and bushings) needed; while Sub kits contains only the tooling needed to adapt a master kit to fit another transmission (typically just the jig, bushings, and gauge pin). To purchase a sub kit, you must first purchase a master kit of the same series.

A “series,” is a group of servo bore kits that use the same reamers and guides. This division allows you to easily see which kits use the same tooling, so you can expand your capabilities without buying duplicate tooling. However, to expand to a different color series, you will need to purchase a Master kit of that color series.

Every kit (Master and Sub) comes with enough bushings for three transmissions. Replacement bushings are available on an individual or bulk basis.

All of our kits are available direct or through most distributors. Kits that are available through Rotunda by Ford Motor Company are noted with a Rotunda logo.

CD4E: CD4E (LA4A-EL). The CD4E kit repairs the 2/4 band servo pin bore, stopping the leak of direct clutch oil. Black Series

Our valves retain stock dimensions, allowing you to use either the stock spring or your favorite aftermarket spring with no modification to either our valve or the valve body. We offer different valve kits that expand our tooling to also cover 31TH and late 48RE.

48RE Plate: Stop excessive corrosion on 2003 and up Dodge pickups equipped with the NP 271 transfer case and a Torque Flight Style (47 & 48RE’s) transmission. The corrosion is caused by dirt and debris entering the area between the extension housing and the transfer case through an area where the flanges do not match.

RFE Gauge: 45/68RFE. Our multi-piece gauge block allows you to tap into main line pressure without removing the sensor from the circuit. Our unique design allows you to position the pressure sensor and gauge block at whatever angle necessary to clear any obstructions.
