Programming without evidence can be irresponsible; waiting for complete evidence to program can be a travesty.

Discussion Questions

• What does existing evidence tell us about the design of NACS programs and prioritization of interventions?

• Are any refinements in programming needed based on the evidence?

• Should the “burden of proof” for NACS be on HIV outcomes or nutrition outcomes?

• What are priorities for further research? (Tomorrow’s working group)

• What types of information require global standardization?
