Tone Artistry Presents Slippery & Wet The work to be accomplished is to host the launch night of Tone

Artistry’s DJ’s which be hosted by Saddlers

The purpose for the launch is to introduce Tone Artistry and it’s affiliated DJ’s as well as to promote Saddlers in it’s own right.

The intent of the launch evening is to gain a regular night with Saddlers as well as other clubs nationally.

Objectives Identify overall project objectives:

Technical objectives is to have full exposure with Derby and surrounding areas.

We would also like to have a regular night with Saddlers and other clubs nationally.

To ensure that the club is filled to capacity. That all attendees have a memorable night. The music is key as well as ensuring that the line up of DJ’s meets the

criteria of time zones within the night. The timelines will be set out for the launch as well as monthly timeline for

re-promotion and marketing Cost objectives will be maintained by Tone Artistry and affiliated personnel

Deliverables Ensure that the marketing and promoting is done efficiently and

effectively

That the DJ’s are prepared and ready for the night with a contingency plan in place in the event one of our DJ’s are ill

Ensure that the club is filled to capacity

Ensure that a regular night is presented providing the launch night is a success

Include client requirements (To be discussed with Marc)

Success Factors Identify elements that are key to the success of the project, such as:

Saddlers gets filled to capacity The bar has maximum sales Saddlers becomes knows as the best nightclub venue in Derby Promoting and marketing is promoted effectively and within the right

entertainment channels Tone Artistry gets recognized as the leading promoter for Saddlers Met project objectives Completed within budget Delivered on time
