Sleeve-up!The Tollensfabriek is an old Dutch paint factory, build in 1933. Famous for it’s architecture by

Jo van den Broek, it is protected heritage. The style is known as ‘the new way of building’.

The great open space with high ceilings and raw industrial look was a great canvas for us to

transform into a collaborative workspace. innvire, the company that designed and realized

the Tollensfabriek concept, has it roots in creative collaboration and workplace innovation.

By providing the Tollensfabriek as a place that can be rented for inspiring meetings, they

materialize part of their vision.

De Tollensfabriek is een oude verffabriek, gebouwd in 1933. Opvallend door de architectuur

van Jo van den Broek, beschermd door monumentenzorg. De stijl staat bekend als ‘het nieuwe

bouwen’. De grote open ruimtes met hoge plafonds is een perfect canvas om deze creatieve

werkplek te ontwerpen. innvire, het bedrijf wat het huidige Tollensfabriek concept heeft bedacht

en ontworpen heeft zijn oorsprong in creatieve samenwerking en werkplek innovatie. Door het

oprichten van de Tollensfabriek, waarvan de ruimte gehuurd kan worden, wordt een deel van

hun strategie en werkwijze gematerialiseerd.

The Tollensfabriek is a 250 square meter space on the second floor of the original factory. It is

completely designed around groups of 8 till 60 persons that want to meet and communicate &

work together in a bright, creative atmosphere. The contemporary design furniture, the mobile

tables and whiteboards makes that over 100 companies per year choose to brainstorm, present,

meet or train here. The all white interior provides different areas like meeting tables for up to 30

persons, informal lounge seating, a coffee bar area, worksofa area with great acoustic and an

open brainstorm area. This space all belongs to you exclusively when you rent the place.

De Tollensfabriek is een 250 vierkante meter ruimte op de tweede verdieping van de oude

fabriek. Het is volledig ontworpen voor groepen van 8 tot 60 personen die willen vergaderen

en samenkomen in een lichte, creatieve atmosfeer. De moderne meubelen, de verplaatsbare

tafels en whiteboards zorgen ervoor dat er per jaar meer dan 100 bedrijven er voor kiezen om

hier te brainstormen, te presenteren, trainen of vergaderen. Het volledig witte interieur biedt

verschillende werkplekken zoals vergadertafels tot groepen van 30 personen, een informeel

zitje, een koffiebar, een bankopstelling met verhoogde akoestiek en een open brainstorm plek.

Deze hele ruimte is altijd exclusief beschikbaar voor één groep.

corporate workshops. The services included in the

jaren gewerkt als adviseurs. Zij hebben vele

uren in vergaderingen en workshops bij de grote

corporate ondernemingen doorgebracht. Bij het

Our catering services range from a good lunch to a 3 course dinner or evening drinks with appetizers.

On the left you can see our standard daily catering possibilities. This includes great sandwiches, orange

juice and fresh fruit and we also provide a package with sweets and cookies for during the day. But often

you also want to close of the succesful day with drinks and appetizers or stay over for a walking dinner

to avoid traffic or socialize afterwards. We provide various possibities ranging from a classic Indonesian

ricetable to biologic 3 course dinners for 30 people. This is all arranged with our selected catering

companies. Please call or e-mail us with your wishes or a request to inspire you with a catering proposal.

Onze cateringdiensten variëren van een goede complete lunch tot een driegangen diner of een borrel met

hapjes. Links op deze pagina kunt u onze standaard cateringopties zien voor overdag. Dit omvat perfecte

sandwiches met jus d’orange, melk en vers fruit maar ook een optie met zoetigheden en koekjes

gedurende de dag. Maar vaak wilt u ook de dag kunnen afsluiten met een diner of een borrel met lekkere

hapjes om nog even na te praten en de file te vermijden. Wij bieden met onze cateringleveranciers

een ruim aanbod van catering mogelijkheden. Van een simpele rijstafel tot een biologisch driegangen

The Tollensfabriek is located at the northside of Rotterdam. Situated along the Schie, a centuries old

waterway of which the city of Schiedam derives its name. The location of the actual Tollensfabriek

meetingspace is situated at the back of the building on the second floor. This is were the paints of this

old paintfactory were produced and mixed with colors. The Tollensfabriek is logistically very well situated,

most major cities are within 45 minutes driving distance.

Bus lines 41, 42 and 43 stop at the industrieweg at 5 minutes walking distance of the Tollensfabriek.

De Tollensfabriek is gesitueerd aan de noordkant van Rotterdam. Direct gelegen aan de Schie, een

eeuwenoude waterweg waaraan de stad Schiedam zijn naam ontleend. De locatie van de ruimte van

de ‘Tollensfabriek’ bevindt zich aan de achterzijde van het complex op de tweede verdieping. Hier werd

de verf van deze oude verffabriek geproduceerd en gemengd met kleuren. De Tollensfabriek is logistiek

bijzonder goed gesitueerd. De meeste grote steden in de randstad zijn bereikbaar binnen

45 minuten met de auto.

Er zijn busverbindingen 41, 42 en 43 naar de Tollensfabriek, deze stoppen op de industrieweg, 5 minuten
