DanubeNet is the no. 1 provider of driving school software in North
America. The software is used extensively by over 300 driving schools
in US and Canada. DanubeNet's dedicated team at Netsmartz has
been responsible for developing and maintaining their driving school
software from the past 11 years. The software takes care of student
enrollment and scheduling of students’ driving sessions, classroom
training and other appointments. There is a Custom Report Center
where the Admin can track Sales, Student Data, State Report Data,
Student Certificates and Student and Staff Logs. Communication is
handled through email and mobile messaging managed through the
software.

performance of the software
The software needs to be compliant with changing driving
authority regulations and needs to be tweaked accordingly

Single Point of Contact
There is a dedicated Project Manager who is the single point of
contact (SPOC). He works in the US time zone and interacts with
the client on a daily basis to discuss new developments,
customization and real-time challenges faced by end clients.
Hybrid BYT Model with overlap of working hours with the US
Team members have staggered timings so they can be at hand
to communicate with the client in US working hours. A couple of
team members for technical support are also present in US
working hours and on weekends in the office for any urgent
requirements.
TMS Module
There is a TMS module (Ticket Management System) developed
for the driving schools (end clients) where they can track/report
issues or customization they want to get done. The Tech team
receives the end client requests from the TMS and works on
these as per the priority of the tickets in the TMS. Besides 24x7
support to clients, there is special Tech support on holidays.
Processes followed: Agile Development Methodology
The Agile approach is followed for new developments and a
daily Scrum meeting is held for discussing the tasks at hand.
