How We Came to Be

For many years, Doctor Mathewsdreamed of beginning a program like

Touch of Love In June 2005 God began to orchestrate

circumstances and lives to make it arealityJanuary 2006 the first team of three personsformed and work/plans began

Such was born the projectTOUCH OF LOVE

A DREAMS REBIRTH In the 80s plans existed to create a project

almost identical to Touch of LoveThe missionaries Edwin & Pamela Baungartnerworked alongside the former Incaica Union andADRA to realize their dream

When terrorism erupted, they were evacuatedand the project was left at a standstillnevercompleted
