PRODUCTION PROCESS

By adopting the world first-class high pressure moulding equipment,

the comprehensive production efficiency has been increased by 4 times.

By utilising the digit control tunnel kiln, the firing temperature is strictly

controlled over 1280 degrees, which ensures the water absorption rate

of each product below 0.2%. The inspection of toilet pan is stricter. Each

toilet is not only being tested on appearance, fixing, flushing and sewage

function, but also has to pass rigorous air leak test.

FULLY SEALED DESIGN NOWHERE FOR INSECT TO HIDECompared with the traditional toilet, the new product is upgraded

to a fully-sealed structure, which is more effective in suppressing

pipeline odour overflow; preventing air leakage, water leakage,

Double-shift Water Outlet: the design of 3/4.5L double-shift water outlet not only ensures the thorough cleaning, but also water-saving.

Rimless Toilet: traditional flush rims attract germs, dirt and deposits. ASCOT Rimless Toilet is designed entirely without a flush rim. Therefore, there are no hidden, hard-to-reach places where bacteria can build up and odour can develop.

Mute Slow-down Seat Cover: damper is installed; it can reduce the noise of collision when the seat cover is closed.

Easy-to-clean Glazing: The Surface of porcelain glaze is so greatly smooth that is easy to clean and has no hidden, hard-to-reach places where bacteria can build up.

Whole-sewer Glazing: the inner surface of sewer is completely glazed so that the sewer is smooth and nowhere for dirt to hide, and no blocking any more.
