Your  Self–Image  is  the  way  you    ___  yourself  in  your    __________    mind.  

 The  reason  your  self-­‐image  is  so  powerful  is  because  your  behaviours  and  actions  will  

almost  never  deviate  from  your  internal  ____  or    __________.  

 It  acts  as  a  self-­‐  __________      __________,  consistently  reinforcing  the  kind  of  person  

you  think  you  are.    

Whatever  you  truly    __________    about  yourself  and  how  you    _______  other  people  

see  you  affects  and  unconsciously    __________  how  other  people  ________  you.  

 Over  ninety  percent  of  what  we    __________  

to  others  is  not  conscious.      

You  ____  other  people  how  they  should  perceive  you  based  on  the  way  you  perceive  

yourself.

Unfortunately,  if  you  have  a  negative  self-­‐image,  your    ________    __________    rarely  

change  it  for  the  better.    

No  matter  how  much  you  acquire  on  the  outside  –  the    bigger  house,  bigger  car,  more  money  –  it  will  not  ultimately  satisfy  you  if  you  don’t  feel    _________  or    _________    

about  yourself  on  the  inside.      

SO  HOW  IS  YOUR  SELF-­‐IMAGE  FORMED?    

While  some  of  the  earliest  messages  you  were  given  as  a  child  were  no  doubt  positive,  many  of  them  were  also  negative  –  creating  the  

self-­‐image  you  operate  from  today.    

As  an    __________    child  you  soaked  up  all  the  negative  suggestions  as  well  as  the  useful,  

positive  ones  and    

These  became  the  foundations  for  your    __________      ________.

Then  as  a  child  or  teenager  there  are  so  many  kids  around  you  with  low    ____  -­‐  ________  as  you  grow  up  and  so  you  become  who  you  

hang  out  with.      

In  fact    Research  shows  that  between  the  ages  of  __  -­‐  __  much  of  our  personality  is  formed  and  that  ___%  of  children  have  a  negative  

self-­‐image.      

Personally,  I  always  had  low  self-­‐esteem  and  lack  of  confidence  as  a  child  and  that  

continued  into  my  teens  and  early  twenties.      

Over  a  relatively  short  period  of  time,  I  worked  incredibly  hard  but  I  really  struggled.  

   

But  then  something  amazing  happened.  I  met  someone  who  saw  my  potential  &________  in  

me  more  than  I  ________  in  myself.

My  mentor  explained  to  me  how  I,  like  most  people,  was  programmed  for    __________    &  how  people  never  consciously  outperform  

their  set    __________    or  self-­‐image.    

 In  order  to  change  I  would  need  to  learn  how  to    __________    my  mind  at  the  subconscious  level.    And  that’s  exactly  what  I  learned  to  do.  

 By  learning  to    _________  the  new  

empowering  self-­‐image  of  my  choice,  I  was  able  to  get  really    _______  on  exactly  who  I  wanted  to  become  and  what  I  wanted  to  

achieve.    

I  resolved  to  eliminate  any  self-­‐  __________      ________  that  were  going  to  keep  me  stuck,  such  as  holding  onto  my  negative  self-­‐image,  thinking  too  small  and  procrastinating  on  

important  actions.    

I  really  began  to  take    _____  ______________  for  my  life  and  to  realise  that  it  wasn’t  just  

about  me.

Every    _________  you  have,  every    _________  you  feel,  every  action  you  take  or  don’t  take,  not  only  has  ____________  for  your  life,  but  

also  for  everyone  you  care  for.    

I  resolved  then  and  there  to  begin    pursuing  a  new  dream.  

 Not  just  ________  ________,  but  happiness,  

inner  peace  and  fulfilment  as  well.    The  results  were  astounding.      So  the  message  here  is…    Don’t  be  held  back  by  a  ______  self–image.      _____  ________  right  now  and  start  working  

on    _____  you  want  to  be.    

The  following  exercise  builds  new    __________,  or  stored  data  ,  into  your    

__________    system.    

It  builds  a  new  self-­‐image.

After  practicing  it  for  a  time,  you  will  be  surprised  to  find  yourself  acting  differently;  

more  or  less    __________    and    ____________,  without  trying.  

 Remember,  our  ________  in  life  come  from  our    belief  about  who  we  really  are  -­‐  so  the  more  you  align  your  self-­‐image  with  your  ____  self,  the  richer,  more  successful  and  

more  rewarding  your  life  will  be.      

So  Your  mindset  challenge  for  today  is  to  start    __________,    __________    and    

__________    like  the  highest  ideal  of  yourself.    Take  a  few  moments  to  write  a  description  in  your  journal  of  the    __________      ______  of  

yourself.      

Hold  nothing  back.  Write  down  all  the    _______  you  want  to  have  as  your  ____  ____.

As  you  write,  imagine  your  athentic  self  standing  in  front  of  you.  This  is  the  most  

magnificent  being  that  you  can  imagine  –  your  ____  self.  

 Take  a  moment  to  feel  totally  happy  with  your  authentic  self.  Look  at  the  way  the  authentic  you  stands,  breathes,  smiles,  walks  and  talks.      

Look  at  how  this  perfect  you  speaks  and  __________    with  others.  

 Imagine  showing  up  as  your  greatest  self  in  all  

that  you  do.    Every  day  you  take  the  actions  you  know  you  need  to  take,  you  seize  the  ________  and  

really  go  for  it.    

You    handle    __________    and    __________    in  a  much  more  elegant,  effortless  way.  

 Repeat  this  exercise  once  a  day  by  reading  

your  new  script  &  running  it    through  your  mind.
