NEW SCHOOL MURAL Our school has recently added new mural art works to the buildings along the oval area. The new murals include student art works from NAIDOC week that celebrate the Aboriginal culture and the Aboriginal students at our school. The mural on the Kindy reflects the wonderfully colourful drawings from our youngest students in the school. Thank you to Mrs Deane-Spread and Mrs Rodrigues, staff, students and the volunteer Year 11 students from Santa Maria College for making this happen.

We would like to share with you, some images of the wonderful Students who took part in the Award Assembly - LOTE performance. The Students of Room 6, together with Arabic speaking Students from Rooms 4 & 5 & 8, presented a song in 3 languages: Italian, Arabic and English. The song, called Terra Luna (Earth Moon), reminds us to care for and share our beautiful planet peacefully – ‘there is plenty of room for you and me!’ Many thanks for all Teachers who made this possible.

The staff and children in Kindy and Pre Primary would like to extend a very big thank you to Cassie Oeding for the wonderful new addition to our playground. Cassie very kindly made the students a workbench out of recycled wooden pallets for their sandpit. The workbench has given our budding chefs and bakers extra space to create their delicious sand cakes, biscuits and milkshakes. Thank you so much for your generosity, Cassie. We are certainly very lucky to have you as part of our school community.
