Youth Delegate SelectionEvent related reps criteria: •Outstanding youth del the year before•Prior approval by MO before they are approached

Youth delegate criteria: • Age, Language• Expert on topic, running a related Guiding project• Region/country of origin• Self/external funded• Previous experience and involvement • Commitment to engage in preparation and follow-up• Endorsement by MO

MO and offsite involvement

- Host MO can be strongly involved (varying degrees of commitment so far) - Members join related campaigns, surveys, research running up to events- Calls to action – usually 1 big one - Information on event available on line, Our World, etc- daily updates and photos- MOs with youth delegates are encouraged to support them with their preparation and follow-up projects, engage in media outreach, use youth dels for national board, projects and programmes, etc.
