Extend arms over head and stand as tall as you can
Bend down and touch your toes (even if you have to
bend your knees)
Begin with feet together, toes up on foam roll/block, and
pillow/rolled towel between knees
While touching your toes squeeze the pillow/rolled towel
while pushing knees straight
Return to upright standing with arms over head
Repeat 5 to 10 times
Heels Up
