✓ All CCTV Systems must be wired. No more wireless CCTV Systems

✓ Holding Rooms must be in good proximity to the examination hall & must be adequately sized

✓ Make-shift CBT centres are NOTallowed; all centres must therefore be dedicated CBT centres that are used and maintained as such all year round

✓ 100 Access codes to each Centre & monitored

✓ Opening of a minimum 10 access point out 100 for each Centre

2019 ePIN Payment Process by Candidates

1. One cell (mobile) number can be used by one candidate only. The

Cell phone number used for the text message is automatically tied to the

Candidate’s name and will be used in all communications related to his/her 2019

Application/Examination

2. Candidate sends his/her name [Surname, First Name & Middle Name (if any)] by text (SMS) to 55019. This should be maximum of 38

characters + 2 spaces between names = 40 characters in all

3. A Profile Code is received by the candidate on the same telephone number

4. The candidate presents the Profile Code to the point of procurement of form (Banks, MMOs, MFBs, Switches, USSD Partners). The form ePIN is then sent as text message to the candidate

5. The candidate presents the ePIN at any JAMB accredited CBT Centre for registration

SELF HELP IN CASE OF

MISTAKE OR LOSS OF PROFILE CODE

✓ To correct a mistake in candidate’s name, send the

[CORRECT Surname First-name Middle-Name] to

55019 as a text message from the same mobile number

✓ To retrieve a lost profile code, send [RESEND] to

and click on “Create e-Facility Account/Login” button or visit

✓ The Portal auto-detect that it is launched from a router network and

redirect to CBT User Login Page

CBT User need to provide login information, then click

“Login” button to be login to CBT User handle

The CBT User can now login to Candidate’s profile using

candidate’s email address, Profile Code or Registration Number

On login to candidate’s Profile, the name of the CBT User

and the Centre Name is shown on top of the candidate’s

dashboard
