1. BOOKINGS close on 19th October 2012 and attract 25% deposit to be paid within Invoice Terms and are non-refundable.

2. ARTWORKa) Requests for production of artwork to be forwarded to the LNA by 19th October 2012. Artwork to be charged at commercial rates as agreed and to be paid within Invoice Terms.b) Supplied Artwork should be submitted to the LNA in electronic format and accompanied by a hard copy as per attached specification no later than 19th October 2012. Responsibility for artwork is that of the Advertiser.

3. CONFIRMATION of booking is subject to receipt of Booking Deposit and acceptance (by signature) of these Conditions by an authorised representative on behalf of the advertiser by the due date.

4. PAYMENT A Tax Invoice will be issued on receipt of the Booking Form and payment of the 25% deposit is required within seven (7) days to secure the Booking. The balance (75%) is due by 2nd November 2012. Advertisers will receive a copy of the Guideline Schedule of Rates for Landscape Works Edition 15 upon publication. Payment may be made by Direct Credit, Credit Card or Cheque.

5. COMPLIANCE the advertiser hereby agrees to indemnify Landscape NSW & ACT Ltd (LNA) against any losses, claims, actions, suits or costs of any nature that are incurred or suffered by the LNA as a consequence of any breach of law by the advertiser or as a result of any action brought by other parties in relation to the subject of the advertising. The LNA reserves the right to reject any advertising material deemed unsuitable or inappropriate to the culture of the Membership and/or the industry. Any failure to meet deadline may result in the advertisement not being placed in the publication, and the advertiser will be liable to pay for such advertisement. Payment for advertisements is as per invoiced terms. Pricing quoted is inclusive of GST and the LNA reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

In order for 4Community to process your job efficiently and to the highest standards please take time to read through the following guidelines. Whether supplying finished artwork or electronic data, following these guidelines will help to produce a top quality job every time. If you have any questions or are unsure how best to supply your artwork or electronic data do not hesitate to contact us on ph (02) 9025 9302.

Supplying Files• Apple Mac generated files are preferred.• Software used includes InDesign, Illustrator,Photoshop, and Quark.• For finished artwork a High Res PDF file ispreferred.Please remember though that in order to make any changes or corrections, either now or in the future, the original files and fonts will need to be provided. If you do not supply us with the original files and the pdf is not correct it will be returned to you for corrections to be made.• Zip disks, CD’s, and floppy’s can be used to supply data. You can also email us files. All disks should be clearly labelled.

Page size• Check the page size is correct and that aminimum of 3mm bleed is allowed where needed.

Copy• Copy (text) for work-up of artwork should be supplied as a Word document. (If there are images included in your artwork please supply them separately as specified under ‘Images’).• Insure that all spelling and numbers(ph/fax/ABN etc) are correct.

Links• Where possible include all fonts andimages with finished artwork, in casecorrections need to be made.• If you do not supply fonts make sure all fonts areoutlined.Please remember once a font is converted to outlines it is no longer editable as text. If changes are to be made now or in the future the original fonts and files will need to be supplied.

NOTE: If supplying data for a corporation please supply us with corporate guidelines, including specific fonts and colours etc.

Colour• Make sure spot colours have been converted to CMYK in four colour process jobs.• Be certain that identical colours have identicalnames in both the native and imported graphicelements.• Indicate to us clearly the exact PMS colours usedin a document, if any.

Images• All images supplied electronically must be (at least) 300dpi. 72dpi images downloaded off the internet are not sufficient enough for high quality print work.• Colour scans must be CMYK colour mode.• We accept high quality JPEG, TIFF, and EPS files.• In finished artwork scans must be sized to fit100% within the page layout program.

IMPORTANTWhere possible please include a colour hard copy of finished artwork to avoid errors and mistakes. This is also essential to have something solid to check against in case of any potential hardware/software related compatibility issues.Please take extra care when checking proofs. Once the final artwork has been approved by you we hold no responsibility for any errors resulting from a proof not been checked sufficiently.If you have any questions please contact us onph (02) 9025 9302.
